NEW TIP (Courtesy of my gf):

Ang mas appropriate approach daw, sabihin nyo na lang na "resigned" na effective say in 1 month or less, but in reality hindi pa talaga at magtender pa lang kayo ng resignation. Sabihin nyo na lang daw pag interview na, makapagstart kayo in 2 weeks or so dahil sa proper turnover ng files/duties and i-file nyo na ng leave yung remaining if necessary.

Yung dating in-charge ko nung new staff ako, galing sa Private Company then lumipat sa SGV. So I think meron pa din namang natatanggap.

Di pa din siguro talaga nagstart ang processing kasi wala pa ding available ng managers dahil busy sa FS preparation. Chill lang muna! Try nyo days after April15.

I'm a CPA, I passed the board exam last year oct 2010. after passing, i went to one of the big 4 auditing firm (i stayed there for 5 months only). Then after 2 months of resting I worked in a real estate co. for just one and a half months, I resigned there kasi we felt nung kasama nmin n parang ginagawa kming secretary nung superior nmin. Then now i have a job offer in an investment co. prime orion philippines inc. internal auditor same rate as my last job. However meron ko invitation sa netsuite for exam and interview for the accounting support specialist. My dilemmna is that alam kong malaki sweldo sa netsuite however ok ba growth ko dun as CPA or just grab the internal audit job?? help guys..

Exam at PnA is not technical. Its an essay to judge your english and analytical skills. We just rely on the grades and cpa board rating to know your competence.
