    1 day lang process ng hiring! madali lang talaga
    ewan ko sa kanila bakit mababa sahod, baka nga mataas pa sahod ng saleslady at may benefits pa!

    as for the hiring process
    1st part typing exam for 2 mins lang tapos interview, mejo matagal yung interview sa typing exam mga 5 mins..tapos nun tapos na!!! so for requirements ka na.apat lang hiningi sakin SSS ID, TOR, COE, Copy of payslip sa prev employer( para daw malaman nila kung gaano sila kabarat) joke!
    i dont know if may follow-up pa silang interview or baka may final interview pa sa mga Indian..pero ang sarap nilang "Indian-nin"

    Wala ako masyado alam sa company pero it seems na mga Indian nga may ari..madami din kasi ako nakitang mga Indian pana na kakana-kana sa floor nila.

    Pero since bago lang 'to im sure naman that there are opportunities for growth.mag-expand pa naman yung company,dadami pa mga accounts nila.hindi rin natin masabi paano pag maganda din yung company sa umpisa lang mabaho ang sahod.malay natin

If ako nasa sitwasyon mo mukhang FOLD na lang ang gagawin ko.. ok pa skin yung sabihin nilang 12K/13K kasi sa tingin ko mas reasonable sa new cc pero *** 9K+.. Paano pa kaya *** offer sa Upper Management Post? pero nasa sayo yan.. yung isang Post sa Taas 3yrs. na siya pero same offer lang kayo.. Pag-isipan mo.. kung sa tingin mo worth it naman ang company,offer,account and position then Go kana jan.. Mas okey naman siguro jan kesa sa mga Naglipanang mga New CC na Fly by Night.. (nakakaasar! hehehe..)

    i declined the offer of tech mahindra, talo kasi talaga ako dito..

    BUt I have a friend na nag start na magwork dito la pa kasi siya exp sa call center and willing naman siya even 9k ang salary.He's in batch 4 and according to him nagkakagulo pa daw ang management hindi sila magkandamayaw kung ano gagawin.150 sila sa batch nila and the account was Globe which will be divided into three groups- customer care, sales and tech support. During induction, the HR introduced the company to new hire employees.According daw sa kanila that tech mahindra is a big company and they have established sites overseas.Nag-operate daw sila ng mga different BPO and one of them is Telus. so sabi niya Telus is under Tech mahindra. (ewan ko if totoo nagulat din ako)

    since new company sila sa philippines hindi pa daw sila aware sa mga patakaran dito so they are still trying to adjust sa new environment. Nakita ko yung JO ng friend ko and pagdating sa breakdown ng salary walang ibang nakalagay kundi ang 9k salary niya..so after 6 months entitled ka sa health insurance and after rendering service to them for a year you're entitled sa benefits like 7days sick leave and 10 days vacation leave at parental leave.

    As of now, no meal allowance or incentives but they have performance incentive which is additional 5% of your base pay if of course you met the criteria, which I think is around 500 php.

    HR informed them that after 3 months that they will have international accounts na daw pero NOT 100% sure. And yung salary nila ngayon is pwede pang mag increase( dapat lang siguro). so feeling ko nag trial and error muna sila sa Globe account parang praktisan-(sa tingin ko lang yun). Ops will probably start by march and sa nagyon training ata sila for a month. LAst jan 31 sila nagstart ng training.

    so yun muna updates natin sa ngayon
