player agent/manger should be banned in the college level, why would a student/athlete need one? to negotiate for what? after all they are prohibited in getting monetary consideration for themselves. the semerad twins and julius armon has one thing in common, both of them were lured out of SBC by their managers, but one has to question why and how were this mangers allowed to get into the picture, since this kids are new in the country, SBC has some fault at this in my humble opinion.

Since it's allowed, SBC couldn't have done anything if the player really wanted to get an agent. Hindi naman pwede ikulong ang mga players. Ang solusyon talaga eh i-ban ang mga player agents sa collegiate level.

Baka sobra kelangan ni Armon na mag-pro na agad. Malay natin kelangan ng pera. It sucks to lose him but the game against Letran showed that we might be even better off without him. Sure, we won't get to see his highlight dunks and crossovers. But I'll take better ball movement and production from all players than having the ball stay in his hands for a long time. We lost some length on defense but that can easily be remedied.

players should realize that when a manager makes a pitch, he means dinero. and he wants it asap. yeah, the guy has some selfish agenda guise as friendly advice. so players need to do some due diligence. juice, do yourself a favor, seek advice from somebody who will not gain anything from you.

Personally, I would rather see you guys play as a complete team on opening day! Courtesy or no courtesy from MANCOM, you guys deserve to perform on opening day as the defending champions.

Due to circumstances brought before the attention of MANCOM before the last season ended has given them justification to sanction your team and I didn't even see a clear picture with regards to the "closure" on the issue. Why didn't you guys appeal the decision with regards to the players that were found involved or not involved for that matter? Does filing another TRO help or will it complicate things?

Anyway to change the subject, I hope the CSB Blazers can put up a good fight against the Red Lions this wednesday so I'm expecting a massacre of some sort on your part! But I'm hoping we can still keep it close!

A source from the team told me that we do not have a game on opening day. SBC will go up against UPHSD(?) on the following day (sunday).

If true, then there is only one explanation---mancom knows very well that if SBC plays in the first game of the opening day, fielding in a 6-man team would cause a stir. The viewing public will ask why there are only 6 players for SBC and they will soon find out that mancom conspired to pull San Beda down. They are trying to put a lid on the matter.
