salad
walnuts, mozarella cheese, tomato, spinach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic salt and italian seasoning.
nice. i would toast up the cheese before incorporating the mozzarella para gooey na sha. hehe. but that's just my preference.
LOL melted mozzarella is only served in carbs life bread sticks or panini. Most cheeses served in salads are almost often sliced (mozzarella I usually seen served in either two ways: grated or sliced in thin elongated circles).
Also heating up mozzarella and putting it on top kinda ruin the veggies. I've made salads for a living before and cold toppings always go with cold salads.
But I guess you said that's preference.
I ran out of feta cheese that's why I used mozarella cheese. You are right that mozarella cheese is usually cut elongated circles, I do that when making caprese salad.
^Try goat cheese. They're crumbly, you can mash them up with your hands. They're a bit blander than feta.
Goat cheese with cranberries are awesome![]()
they're actually the housemaids (mama san) of the barracks here in our base.
the dry mozarella doesn't taste like much. fresh mozarella may lasa. eh ginamit nya mozarella. it was just a suggestion. it won't ruin the veg if you put it at the end and eat it right away.
i would have used goat's cheese talaga. and yes it is my preference. only reason i suggested heating the mozarella was to bring out the flavor of that specific cheese as it doesn't taste like anything (ok, it tastes like mozarella, which isn't super awesome)...while it's cold.
of course cold ingredients always goes with cold food. but try to be more open. that's just being old school. may or may not work. and yes it is my preference. i'd salt the mozarella a bit up too.
i was being less nitpicky about what poster's ingredients but since you opened it up. inunahan mo na ako about the goat's geese or feta cheese.
