Ask ko lang doc Matulis -- my doctor prescribed 1 tab twice a day of daflon 500. medyo parang naging prominent yung bukol ko sa **** this day, napagod yata ako masyada sa exercise at paglalakad.ang sakit kung na pre-pressed siya sa ngayon sa kabilang pisngi ng ****. I cant contact my doctor now, pwede ko kayang e- increase ang dosage ng daflon from 1tab to 2 tabs na lang. twice a day, so 4 tabs na daily. Thanks doc please respond

I took 2 tabs of Daflon kagabi and ibuprofen as pain reliever. Just this morning it seems that the pain is eased up and i feel relaxed pero mukhang umimpis yung bukol ko sa ****. I saw a lil blood stain sa brief ko. Nag rupure na kaya ito? hindi na siya kagaya kahapon na ang sakit *** bukol.

I still took this morning 2 tabs of daflon and the pain reliever. So far I am not feeling bad.

Doc any advice?

Hi doc! I just underwent surgery 2 days ago.. do you know how long will it take to completely heal? Is 2 weeks enough?

Daflon may be taken up to 6 tablets per day on the first 4 days, then 2 tablets per day for the next 3 days then 2 tablets per day in the succeeding days.

Please remember that this drug only provides symptomatic relief and not a definitive treatment for hemorrhoids. The possibility of recurrence is high as long as the factors contributing its cause is not addressed.

Dietary and lifestyle change significantly reduces the occurrence of inflammed hemorrhoids. Eat foods high in fiber, avoid those low in fiber. Reduce straining and stress. If you are not fond of eating vegetables, you could try psyllium fiber as your source of fiber. High fiber decreases the intra-luminal rectal pressure causing an optimal blood flow and lesser vascular stasis.

In my patient's experience, hot sitz bath is very effective in alleviating the pain and symptoms. You may try it. Its free.

This is a question that also came from my head when I was still in med school. Stress is not a direct cause of hemorrhoidal inflammation. The association of stress with the symptoms of hemorrhoids stem from the fact that patients who are stressed have a deviation from their routine activities. The body tries to compensate by being more uptight. Usually, anal sphincters are tighter in stressed patients, more straining is observed especially in patients with great physical stress. Bowel regularity at times is also affected with stress. All these can contribute to an increase in the intraluminal pressure in the rectal area. To add, hypertension (although not clinically proven) increases the velocity of blood flow to the hemorrhidal tissues.

The cummulative action of all these forces may significantly cause a hemorrhoid to swell.

Doc nagka allergy yata ako sa ROWATANAL Cream kaya i discontinued it. External yung sa akin, pwede bang gumamit na lang ng FAKTUsuppository? Thanks

Mga ka PEx kwento ko lang iyong sa akin naman. I have that kind of problem same as many here in. One thing na nakatulong sa akin ay itong sinabi ni Doc na psyllium fiber. And things change after I mixed that one sa mga drinks ko, Isang bagsak lang. Success talaga!!! wahaha. Meron kasi akong kinukuhanan nyang psyllium fiber. 2mos na akong nag take e so far so good na ang pakiramdam ko. Isa sa mga side effects naman kapag napadalas ako inaabot abot ako sa office hihi namamahay kasi ako gusto ko sa bahay lang pero no choice! whaha. iyon lang po nashare ko lang.
PM ninyo ako kung interested kayo sa psyllium my friend is selling this one. Don't get me wrong na nag ppromote ako ng product pero I can assure you that psyllium fiber works for me!!!

Your hemorrhoids will always be there. High fiber diet helps a lot in preventing it to be inflammed. If you are asymptomatic for your hemorrhoids and that the clinical evaluatin of your doctor is that there is no high risk of a complication then you should be cleared.

M presently taking HEMCLEAR.. and after just 3days it seems that the pain is no longer my concern. I hope this hem itself will clear within 1 week of taking the capsules...

Good am po doc, sa pagbasa ko ng thread i think mine is on grade 3 hemm, ask ko lang kung pano to gagaling, treatent or surgical po ba? Natakot kasi ako baka bumagsak sa medical exam for a certain job.. Ask ko lang din kung nagoopera kayo ng ganito.. Sana masagot nyo agad,salamat po.

help naman po sa mga volunteer doctors.. I suspect I have hemorrhoids. Meron po kasi mga 3-4 lumps sa labas ng anus ko, pero di naman po masakit. Medyo makati lang minsan. Di po ako sure kung surgical ba ito or may gamot lang para mawala. I'm interested po magpacheckup pero di ko po alam kung saan ako pupunta na doctor. Follow up question po, madami po akong nababasa na possible cause ng hemorrhoids is yung posture natin while defecating. May risk po ba talaga at dapat po ba Squat posture ang pag defecate at hindi sitting? Thanks

^^^ I think weight lifting is not advisable at all kasi yung pressure nakakapamaga ng almoranas. That happened to me. Wait for your hemorrhoids to subside na muna.

Doc..tanong ko poh kc i had hemorrhoidectomy last june 18..ang concern ko lang is parang wala nmang nagbago...paran nagkaroon ako ng mga skin tags napaka pangit tignan...gusto kung magpa skintag removal pwede na kaya ako since kakapaopera ko pa lang ng hemorroids ko(external)at makano **** puh un im sure me idea ka sa presyo nun...thanx very much puh
