The Philippines is indeed one of the most competitive call centers location in the world. Commendable high literacy rate plus being the third largest English speaking country all contributed to this possibility. The question is when and where???

There's a hearsay that the building nearing it's completion fronting the parking area at the back of HSBC M1 Building in North-gate Cyber-zone, Alabang is set to be BOA call center. how true is this? and where can we Apply?

If this is true it may post a threat to neighboring call center banks like Wachovia, Green Dot, GE, Genpact and most of all HSBC since the BOA will prioritize experienced agents from the banking sector.
I guess it's all about the pricing game let's see....
