We are renting out rooms at 1336 Carola Street, Manila just behind UST. One small room and one large room are available. The rate for the room is P4,500 per month, meron din large room na P5,500 per month. Plus P500 for water and electricity. Puwedeng mag-isa kayo or puwede rin na dalawa kayo kung may kasama kayo, whichever you prefer. The house has continuous running water and many clean bathrooms.

The house is less than 4 minutes walking distance from UST.

Kindly inform the landlady, Bonnie, as well. She stays at the Carola house the rooms of which we are renting out. The tel. number of the Carola house is 487-5494. Just look for Bonnie.

Isang buong apartment siya in the sense na 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, communal dining/living room. Para talaga siyang bahay na pinauupahan. 18k yung buo, kasi nga dalawang kwarto, pero 9k yung isang kwarto, pwedeng paghatian ng dalawang estudyante.

Yung dating kwarto namin, may banyo sa loob. Pero maluwang pa rin, kasi kasya yung double-deck na kama, drafting table ko, tsaka isang drawer. Tapos meron pang maraming cabinet yun. Haha.
