Right now the only positions we have open are for sales agents. Our recruitment process involves a phone interview, two face to face interviews, a trial task and a free team dinner.

It's a free team dinner, a sort of "getting to know you" stage where we just have informal conversation. It's not the entire team though! Just one to three HB employees

Hi Julianne! It's absolutely fine to ask that haha, don't worry we don't think you're demanding, it's just a lot of the big BPO players use these facilities to woo applicants.

We are located at the CyberOne building, where Krispy Kreme is. I can tell you that we don't have most of the fancy amenities you mentioned, but we are working hard to make sure that our future office will have all these and more (we have very ambitious plans).

We do have medical coverage for employees, and applicable allowances. Salary information can only be disclosed by our HR team

Hi Pensive1! Sorry, it doesn't seem like we have touched on that topic At the moment, yes, our operations are during the day and our office mostly runs from around 6am to 7pm.
