STARSTRUCK avenger Kirby de Jesus yesterday filed charges before the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office against his talent manager for allegedly slapping and sexually molesting him last May.
Slapped with acts of lasciviousness and serious physical injuries was Jun Lalin, of 81 President Tower, Timog Avenue, Bgy. South Triangle, QC.
In his complaint, De Jesus, 16, a product of GMA 7's star search Starstruck, said the incident occurred May 31 when he and Lalin were on their way home in Cubao, QC, from Pier One.
De Jesus said he was sitting on the front passenger seat of Lalin's car when the respondent touched his thigh.
The complainant allegedly immediately shoved off Lalin's hand.

When the respondent sensed that De Jesus was already angry, he allegedly changed the topic of their discussion.
After a few minutes, Lalin allegedly suddenly slapped the complainant.
Due to the strong impact, the complainant's head allegedly hit the window of the car door that caused his dizziness. The complainant claimed that the respondent slapped him four times.
Although feeling dizzy, De Jesus requested the respondent to let him alight from the car but the latter allegedly refused and drove his car faster.
The complainant claimed that due to the slapping incident, he got sick for five days that caused the disruption of his work.
The complainant added that he also suffered emotional trauma and traumatic ear perforationas with sensorineural hearing loss, which means that he lost his hearing in the left ear.
De Jesus further said that the incident caused him humiliation since the public thought that he is a boyfriend of the respondent.
The young star added that the respondent admitted in an interview at GMA 7's showbiz talk show, Startalk, last June 11 that they had a quarrel.
