    Hi Nabasa ko lang comments nio about Genpact. I've been reading alot of bad comments about this company and even one of country manager from a very big company in the US and here in Asia told me that if the company is Indian-owned, mababa **** sahod pero mabilis magpa promote. Unlike sa American owned companies, malaki sahod phirapan ma promote. I have friends who came from genpact and pare pareho *** kwento nila. They've been with Genpact for 2 yrs, clean record, wlang loans, mas absenses once in a while. When they got their backpay... tumataginting na 2k! aun inaway nila hr. 2k *** **** bngay. However, sa panahon ***** na andami na tumatakbo sa bpo industry, hindi na dapat mamili kung san mag work. Mag ipon lang dadami din yang pera nio. Prioritize needs from wants. I'll still take my chances with Genpact. I'm applying this week. so goodluck to me. )

    meron sa acct namin na terminate, integrity issues. nung nareceive niya backpay niya nasa 24K+, 3 years din tinagal niya sa Genpact... Hindi dahil matagal ka na palagay ka na, lately lang dami naterminate dahil sa integrity issues like yung hindi pagdedeclare sa previous company...

    ^^ nakakapagtaka naman yan 2k lang nakuha ng friend mo, baka nagkamali lang yung accounting... baka 20k yun talaga hehe...madali naman magdispute ng sahod sa Genpact basta masipag lang yung FLM mo, pero kapag tamad kawawa ka...sa ibang FLM ka magpadispute

    sa mga veterans jan, mag bigay naman kayo ng ultimong kompanyang pinanggalingan nyo man o kasalukuyang ginagatas nyo na malupit at walang tatalo para senyo. enlighten us.

    Linawan mo lang *** sagot mo, may babasahin ka lang naman dun chaka aayusin na sentence, wag ka lang mag ddead air.. Hindi din naman *** hr mag ccheck non *** system ng versant.

    Pag ganyan usually delayed ng 1-2 weeks, tapos tatawagan ka pero pag wala padin delayed nanaman ng ganon ulit, pero for sure makakapag training ka pa din, kasi ganyan *** ngyari sakin, wala din akong TOR nun pero tawag naman sila ng tawag and pwede mo naman din sila itext for any updates.
