100% work from home

Rate of payment is 25 US cents to 50 US cents per completed research item

Payout is in US dollars

no you don't need to pay when creating a paypal account. But you need to have a bank account where paypal can send you the money. If you don't have a bank account, use your mom or other relative's bank account and create a paypal account with their name. The name on the paypal account should match the name on the bank account.
