Ok daw dito sabi ng ka batchmate ko nung college, nasa denmark siya ngayon I think 2 months ata for SAP HRW training and ang aga nga ng bonus wala pa siyang 2 months sa work naka avail agad ng benefits tulad ng iPad care of the company.

mataas ang salary kung experienced ka na. Kung hindi, mababa na, may bond pa. Baka bastusin ka pa ng 1 HR though mabait naman yung iba.

Sir have you work on this company or nagpa-interviewed ka? How about the work load and training? Ok kaya sa NGA

advise naman mga ka PEXer kung sino man ang nagwowork on this company.

try asking other employees. I believe syempre kungs a HR ka magtatanong during interviews e puro kaplastikan at pagbi-build up lang sa companies ang sasabihin.

i remember, some of the seniors from my current company used to call Arinso as the "evil empire". kapag bumubukas yung elevator sa floor nila, kulang na lang raw e maglagay silang ng sign saying "join the dark side!" HAHAHA. andaming nagsilipatan na magagaling from us. yung ibang members pa nung kapitbahay naming team, mawawala ng 3-4 hours sa office, ayun pala bumaba lang ng floor at nagpa-interview na. sabi rin nila may unwritten rule daw ang HR namin na as much as possible, 'wag i-prioritize ang mga applicants from Arinso na gustong lumipat samin, which i think is stupid. i guess it's not true naman dahil i've seen some Arinso guys before, na nasamin na.

and yes, their yearly increase is quite low. i think this is their way to somehow compensate for the uber high initial salary and competitive allowances they give to experienced hires.

some say super toxic dito and wala nang work-life balance...which is similar to us na. hehehe

nagaaccept ba sila dito ng working student? as in post grad student? kasi last time that I disclose during my interview na mag-aaral ako sa UP for IR.. ayun..di ako tinanggap.. :P

hehe.. sympre gusto ng company na full time ka sakanila.. pag nalaman nilang may "extra curricular activities" ka, im sure red flag na yun..

@therealdeal: malamang.. kaya nga ako nagapply dati kasi for financing my post grad studies.. the mere fact na sabado lang ang pasok ko as I explain to the interviewer na it happens na nag-aaral din ng Masters sa UP..

possibly, either red flag yun or sadyang inggit lang sila.. :P

^probably not. as far as i know, their HR (the one who gives out the contracts) is also currently taking up her master's degree in UP. she was a college batchmate of one my friends here in my current company.
