Restaurants with service charge to avoid

Can you name restaurants that have service charge? how's their service?
    1. choi garden - annapolis greenhills, 10% service charge - very poor service, not worth to pay any service charge. you have to call the attention of the waiters at least 10 times before they will attend to you.

that depends, if they're having a hard time providing service because they're under staff, the more you should give tips cos it's not their fault and they're overworked, it's the management's fault that they have provided poor service. you barked at the wrong tree. cos you're eaten at the restaurant and provided income for the owners, but you were unfair to the service crew.

but if it's the crew's fault because they're lazy, and you like the place and the food, then complain to the management, if service charge is mandatory.
