Hi alorica, I actually passed the final interview the other day, and I'll start my training on the 15th of august, I just want to ask if what acct will I be put in, if i start on the 15th, havent got my J.O yet so I wasnt yet informed about it, please reply,

hi. i went to alorica alphaland a few days back and had my final interview w/ josie from dtv. she told me that since my experiences were mostly csr, she cannot put me on the sales dept but said that i can be placed as csr for retentions, i think, for dtv account. it sounded positive so i was hoping that someone would call for the info regarding the JO. before my final interview, ppl from recruitment said that retentions will most probably start training next month (oct). after passing the final interview, will the recruitment immediately call you to inform you? it's been 2 days and im still hoping since the final interview seemed positive. im just thinking that since training will still be for oct, perhaps thats why its taking a while..or am i just fooling myself? what are your thoughts about this?

hello, recruitment normally notifies those who made it to the final interview a week before the start date of the account. i would suggest though that you go ahead & make a follow-up call on the status of your application to save your time.

Responsibilities

• Responds to technical support calls from customers
• Identifies and responds to customer’s needs based on designated procedures
