    Just finished post transition, ang dami nang tinanggal samin out of 21 7 pepz nalang natira. For me medyo mahirap talaga ang acct kasi handle mo almost lahat, Billing, upsell, troubleshooting tv, internet, phone. Pati minsan pa nakaka tanggap ka nang calls from att tech. Pero ayus lang basta sundin mmo lang mga rules and guidelines nang account pasok ka jan, ako testing the water mode parin

    true... know how to score your metrics and you'll be just fine. lagi may work around. kaya lang q-ing and the metrics changes every month. know the techniques and you'll find it relaxing.

    Mahirap na acct to, true ang sabi ng iba na pag nagwork ka sa uverse, kaya mo na lahat ng cc, at tsr ka na din kahit di ka naman talaga techie.

    Uverse chat tsr ako from sutherland. Pero ililipat din sa voice. I can say na mas gusto ko voice kesa chat, kasi sa chat, 2 effin stupid members ang kausap mo. Sa voice 1 lang.

    Ang metrics pabago bago.. At ang pesteng wfe na kung anu ano ang ipapagawa sayo kahit alam mo na ang tamang resolution.

    Dami pa jan cc na taas pay, less stress pa.

    ahahaha uverse amp... di na ako babalik jan lol was working for uverse for almost 2 years lol sobrang stress tong account dati madali ngayon may WFE na iba na goals almost next to impossible....

    eto technique para mahit mo goals mo, gawin mo lang to pag gipit ka na or may hinahabol kang metric lol

    ACTION PLAN:

    > mistagging ng cases pag bad call sa misdirect ban ka gagawa or i tag mo ghost call

    *WAG NAMAN LAHAT NG CALLS BAD CALL LOL MAHUHULI KA NYAN!
    may goal din ang misdirect at ghost discreet lang!!!! XD

    * create trouble management case sa tentative/ pending accounts > pampababa ng crr, pampataas ng case to call pampababa ng ER at NQD - dadami kasi cases mo

    * pampababa ng AHT- release! lol dati may ginagawa pa kami sa avaya conference line 1 at 2 tapos release tapos ibabalik si customer sa line 1 ayun putol ang recording at AHT ahahah pero si customer nasa line 1 pa rin lol

    * WFe compliance- before shift run mo WFE at least 5 times kuha ka case id tapos run mo pag sinita ka sabihin mo nagppractice ka, familiarity w/ the tools lol

    Escalation Rate- once in a while cold transfer sa tier 2 lol

    NQD- pag unsure ka sa dispatch mu Dispatch on Demand tapos sabhin mu Mr/ /mrs customer i just want to read out to you this quick disclaimer if the fault lies in your equipment say for example in your TV set there will be a charge of 55$ but if the problem lies in our equipment then you dont have to worry about any charges the Service will be free is that OK! <-- mejo positive scripting ka dito based on experience most of the time papayag sila lol

    hahaha isa pang lugang account. hehehe.. pero hindi to madaling pagsawaan. if matiyaga ka. and willing to learn everything. in time magiging mabangis ka. and pag nag apply ka sa iba, then nahawakan nun nag interview sayo yung account, they'll say " wow. you must be tough" end of interview, tanggap ka na. LOL.

    pangit din naman pag sobrang dali ng account, like AT&T receivables, jusko nakakaumay mag PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT KADA MINUTO. LOL. ;so wag ka madiscourage sa mga sinasabi ng iba. unless.. choosy and maigsi din ang pasencya..

    well. opinion ko yun. goodluck..

    Nice tips Slackerbater! Ahaha.. Yan ang mga ninja moves. Ako dito pa din sa uverse.. Tiis pa konti.. May mga work around naman dito para mahit mo yung metrics, wag lang papahuli. Yung reset email pw, tapos sasagutan mo, dami na nahuli samin jan. naterm pa. Meron din naterm dahil nagcreate ng case sa ghost ban, work around for crr.
    My mga ninja moves din ako, kaso baka my mga oficer dito sa pex e. Hehe..

    account (based on personal experience): adsl vs uverse - winner: adsl
    company (ex-cvg ako so...): teletech vs cvg - winner: cvg
