pag handaan mo *** ang berlitz. it is an exam where your proficiency in oral communication will be tested. Be prepared to express your answer using past, present and future tenses in the context of the question. Don't be conscious about the accuracy of your answer. There is no right or wrong answer. What is important is that you are able to express yourself clearly as well as answer in complete sentence. Hindi pwede yun isang tanong isang sagot.
Best of luck. AT&T uverse is a very exciting product from AT&T. although puro reboot nga ***, but you have to learn how to use their tools properly. There is a tool that they have developed that will help you ask the right questions to the customer and based on their responses, you choose the option that is applicable for the situation. Para bang "choose your own adventure" type of tool.
att uverse is a VERY VERY challenging account. super agent ka jan. high tech mga tools nila which is very impressive.. kelangan mo lang pumasa ng berlitz kung hindi, di ka pwede sa att.. if you make it in uverse, definitely you'll make it anywhere "CC"

I had handled Dishnetwork for a year before being assigned to U-verse. I would say U-verse is a challenging account but it's way easier compared to Dishnetwork. In U-verse you may have to troubleshoot with TV, CVOIP (Internet Phone) & Internet Service but you are really not required to totally handle a billing, sales, retention or out of scope concernm you can always transfer the member to another department, there's no QA & you can actually predict if the call will be surveyed thereby giving you a better grasp of your TACRIFT score. The queue isn't that high & the equipment/ accessories are less complicated. I like U-verse more than Dish.

for teleperf, if u fail the berlitz na kailangan for u-verse, they would put you sa ibang accounts.
ganon din naman sa cvg ang tanong kung me available at kung priority ka!? baka mas priority nila nag apply.
all can say is toxic ang account na to, tsr ka, na csr,magtotroubleshoot ka tapos may billing at sales pa, parang all around,ano yun!?kalokohan,i hate the account ehehe at ang metrics sobrang kalokohan,pati service issue massurvey pa,ano magagawa ng agent kung palpak ang service ng at&t,as if kasalanan ng agent na bobo yung system ng at&t .
