actually, ako kase exam na.. tpos na q sa fone interview.. ^^,
pero sa tingin ko exam na agad yun, then interview (1 or 2)
then dun na din yata malalaman kung tanggap ka or hindi.. ^^,

galing ako kanina stream alabang, may 10-day training sa excelasia, pag pumasa interview ulit sa company then training na sa site. I applied for TSR pero sabi nila sales nalang daw. Ano bang ginagawa sa sales? sabi nung naginterview may troubleshooting stuff din eh.

basic : 14,500 + 3k allowance
6mons bond.

CISCO ( CSR II)
basic : 16,500 + 3k allowanca
8mons bond


* offer will depend on your knowledge and skills. hindi po sila nagbabase sa kung gano ka katagal sa industry. as long as fit ka sa program, at makita nila na magaling ka,then they will offer you basic na gusto mo. may mga kakilala ako na 5 years nang agent, but ang offer sakanila is CSR I.
i applied sa stream alabang..may 28, ang offer saken yung cisco account. turn down ko kase, ayoko ng sales at ayoko maging CSR. lately, tumawag saken sila, offering the TSR post level II. not so sure with the account, but as i've heard from "YUM", they had profile me for level 2. ang offer?? ??? 24k basic + 3K allowance.

hala, ano bayan akala ko S lang ata ang account nila may cisco pa,, mataas rin pala tsk, kailangan ko kais mag start immediately,, nag resign ako sa last job ko nung first weeks of june, dapat mga june 15 sana stinart nila ako pero iniba nila july pa!! tsk, tapos kung wlang sot eh august pa.. inofferan naman ako na kung gusto ko immediate,, sa makati daw, same account,, dinecline ko dahil ndi worth it, kaya nga ako nag apply sa alabang dahil malapit eh.. kaya super tipid mode muna,,

ang night diff po ay 15% lang..

depende talaga sa skills ang offer sayo.. tsaka sa validation.
ang recruitment naman eh hanggang offer lang, pero pag di ka navalidate ng TM or OM.wala rin.

hubby used to work for Stream (etelecare). He's from Dell (makati) then, sprint (alabang). The commish before fine, walang limit basta magaling magbenta and valid yung sale. the prob was, super late ibigay yung commish.... minsan 3 mos delayed. Then they changed the salary scheme.... wala ng performance bonus (quarterly). sched changes are very erratic. and if magaling ka magbenta, you should watch your back.... gagawan at gagawan ka ng issue.

I'm scheduled for an exam here after passing the initial interview on the phone. Anybody knows about the salary of a Sales Professional here at Stream-alabang? 'Coz that's the position offered to me. Thanks guys!

Just to let others know if they're interested to apply for Tech Support you'll have to go through a lot! I just got hired last week on Dell account. I went through these series of exams:

* Initial Exam: Basic English questions answered on a PAPER
* Initial Interview: Typical question and answer about yourself
* 3 Item Exam (Software/Hardware/Basic Computer Skills): It's a whooping 60 ITEMS EACH! I'm a computer science graduate so I know some of them but that exam definitely gave me a headache...
* Versant Phone Simulation: An exam done over the phone where you'll be asked to read, answer and explain questions.

then finally...

* Final Interview: Situational questions done by Operations Manager/Supervisors like: "What do you think is the problem if I hear a noise in my computer? How will you walk me through to determine the problem?" (Assuming that the interviewer is the customer calling)

Oh they also have a Contract Bond where if you sign a contract you should stay in their company for 8 months (including the 15-day training) so you guys might think about that before applying.

I was offered 15,500 basic + 3,000 allowances. It was decent enough compared to my previous call centers since I'm just from GMA Cavite. I was previously working in Aegis PeopleSupport (Makati).
