* Atleast 1 year work experience in the same capacity
* Experience as a Team Lead in the call center industry is required.
* Must be willing to work full time

Requirements:

* Must possess atleast vocational diploma/ short course certificate, Bachelor's degree in any field
* Fresh Graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
* 100 Full time positions available.
* Excellent command in English
* Aggressive and has strong personality
* Strong tolerance to pressure
* Amendable to work on holidays and graveyard shift
* 18 years old and above
* For TSr, candidates should have IT background.
