The Afro-American population in general, notorious sila sa mali-maling grammar ... sa Pinoy okey lang kasi second language naman natin ito, unlike Spain, Belgium and other parts of Europe where they don't really care about learning the basics of English Language, kaya lang dahil first world countries sila kaya OK lang yun, sa atin HINDE, pero at least sa Pilipinas, medyo kulang man edukasyon mo eh halos lahat naman nakakaintindi ng English
