    skinny guy kasi ako, and i want to learn or know methods on how to gain weight ang bulid muscles pa. kumakain naman ako ng marami, vitamins pa. push up na rin ako everyday.. how???

    Let go of your worries in life, including itong pagpapataba.
    Stressful outlook in life not only keeps you unfit, it also increases pimples, and maintains unhealthy eating habits.

    A lot of people (include me) underwent to where you are having now. In my case, before I knew it, I am fattening and my stubborn fats is not getting lean anymore!

    So don't worry. Just enjoy you're being thinly sexy.
    And if you said you're eating enough or more than enough,,, you make sure you are enjoying it. i.e savor,chewing well.

    being skinny comes in two factors, familial and age. familial, if you come from a family of ectomorph (naturally thin) and age, metabolism is at its fastest phase during younger years, though it may vary between individuals.

    eat up to 6 healthy meals a day (avoid fatty food). if you are a teener, your metabolism is very high and you should fuel your body more often than the normal thrice a day meals. if you ever go to a gym, take the beginner's program/workout; 3x or 4x a week of workout will do. don't be a gym brat; you shouldn't last for more than an hour fatiguing your young muscles. get enough rest. avoid staying late at night during workout days. supplements may help. but they are just supplements. its your effort/ discipline that will really help you gain some weight.

    para tumaba ka -- damihan mo ang kanin (kung 6 meals a day ka, lahat with ice)

    para mag gain weyt na may muscle -- PM mo si blake, tuturuan ka nun
