    Teradata Philippines LLC

    Hi.

Has anybody heard of Teradata Philippines? They say this is a global IT company that is expanding their operations here in the Philippines. They are actively recruiting IT professionals for several posts.

If anyone can give more information about this company, like where to send our resumes for both IT and non-IT jobs, as well as give us an idea on the compensation and benefits, working environment and overall quality of the company itself. Please help.

    TIA

They've advertised at jobsdb and monster. You can head over the site and apply. That where I applied as well. The company is relatively new in the philippines. They dont even have an office just yet, but they will be permanently based in mckinley hills at fort bonifacio. As for info abt their company, head over to teradata.com. There are some info there as well.

From some information I know there is a US retail company here that is using Teradata for years now, I believed their employees have good experience from those years already. No wonder that Teradata Phils will most likely get ALL of them

If the location is on McKinley Hills; then it's just a walk in the aisle since they are on the same location, what a coincidence

Hmmm... baka may agreement na regarding poaching

ok sana yung DBA kaso shifting sched! pwede sana kung on-call lang kahit nasa bahay. I've been in DW environment and using other ETL tools pero hindi Teradata but more or less it would be the same

It is because Teradata is widely used in US and EMEA and a very very few in APAC kaya no other choice but to be the same timezone as the customers. If they work the same as Manila time then there will be no contact when the US or EMEA customers will escalate issues and concern

Higher than standard (life insurance, travel insurance, HMO covering wife and kids, hospital R&B, etc.) , but it would depend on your salary grade.
