question po. May courtesy lane pa ba ang DFA for GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES? Mother ko kasi Gov't employee so I'll just use the privilege if ever na meron pa. If ever na meron, can I go there directly even without an appointment?

Ask ko lang po pano pa kaya yun itatry ko kasi yung cousin ko kuha sya ng passport di nya alam ang apelyido ng mother nya sa pagkadalaga...di sya makapag applay ng passport iniwan kasi sya samin so walang nakakaalam..birth certificate nya wala nakalagay...panu kaya magapplay ng passport pag ganto

hi, just want to share my experience with the new DFA appointment system. i called in around 3rd or 4th week of september to set an appointment. ok naman yung agent na nakausap ko, very detailed converation siyempre as he will have to point and reiterate all necessary information for the application. binigay sa akin code, reference number for download. check niyo passport.com.ph/print. i was scheduled to appear sa bagong building second week of october. long wait,

maganda yung systema nila. pagpunta mo palang, one has to enter gate 2 kung saan iccheck ng guard kung my downloaded application form ka,otherwise no entry. then pag nakapasok ka na sa "bakuran" nila, punta lang sa verification counter, isscan lang nila *** bar code sa application form mo then i-highlight yun. then pasok ka na sa pinakaloob, check ulit ni manong guard yung application form if verified. then pwede ka na umupo..

mabilis lang ang pila, so kahit madaming tao, organized dahil my guards na ng-guide. nakaupo ka lang, then usad usad ang pila. madaming windows na magveverify ng documents. nagsuot ako ng pants, doll shoes and collared 3/4 sleeve. sabi kasi sa akin ni agent, hindi pwede and slip-ons, sleeveless at dapat plain colllared top for photo capture. pagdating ko , wala nakatsinelas. but mostly nakatshirt. printed tops, may naka-shorts pa.

so ayun, wait lang ako sa pila.then punta ma ko sa window kung saan ipresent ko IDs ko.

sabi sa akin over the phone, kailangan ko government issued IDs, but since I have none, and hiningi lang sa akin ay NSO BC, company ID, school ID at NBI. all of which my photocopy dapat. so bago kayo magpunta dun, make sure photocopied na lahat ng documents niyo just to make sure.

after maaprove sa IDs, akyat sa taas then bayad ng P1,200. sabi ni agent na nakausap ko nung nagpa-apointment ako dapat exact amount, but hindi naman sila ganoong kastrict gaya sa pagkuha ng NBI. i paid three P500 bills, wala naman sinabi sakin yung binayaran ko. binigay lang change ko. then wait ka ulit, bibigyan ka ng number. tignan mo lang if yung number mo is next, my screen na nagu-update. parang sa bank or sa industrial ward, para malaman mo if ikaw na at saang cubicle number ka pupunta. pag andun ka na, ok na. data capture, picture picture. then pila ka na para sa claim stub mo for delivery. additional P120 for delivery, per head yon. during the time na naghihintay ako for my number na magappear sa screen, may lady na nagaasist na para sa delivery payments. siya na mismo lalapit sa inyo.

so far, sa dami ng new applicants at mga nagrerenew, natapos ko pagkuha ng passport in less than an hour. not bad. airconditioned facility, nakakaupo ka at mabils ang sistema sa loob. ok na ok. two thumbs up!

Ang alam ko, hindi naka lista ang company ID sa list. Student ID if you're a student. My passport application was denied because I lack SSS ID. Nakalagay sa website na puede naman ang BIR ID, hindi pala i-honor. I still do not have my SSS, Voter's ID. Sayang talaga yung time ko.

Paano mo naging pinsan yung pinsan mo? Kapatid ba ng nanay/tatay niya ang tatay/nanay mo? Sorry naman sa tanong, baka ma-trace dun yung maiden name ng nanay niya. Ampon lang ba siya?

pa help naman kasi may lola ako na US Citizen staying here P.I. actually overstaying na siya. Ang tanong ko sa expired na US passport
gusto ko sana i-renew ang US passport niya.Ang problema ko ay ang passport size ng pictures mayron na siyang 2x2 photos .
Pwede ko kaya i-present sa US embassy yun.Kasi nahihirapan na ho bumiyahe ang lola ko lalo na pag naka commute lang at nasa pampanga kasi si Grandma.Fragile na kasi ang mga buto ng Lola she is 97 years old.

late registration kasi sya so middle initial lang ang nakalagay sa middle name ng nanay nya sa birth certificate nya...

Hmm, about yung birth certificate ng nanay niya, di niyo ba ma-produce? Yung sa online application, kelangan naka print yun kasi yung ive-verify ng DFA.

Mag secure na lang kayo ng BC ng mother niya. Hindi ako familiar kung ano process sa NSO sa pagkuha ng BC, baka sa city hall pa mismo kung saan registered ang mother niya pa kayo makakakuha.

I'm new here. I just want advice regarding our upcoming trip to SG. Bale first time po namin ng husband ko magtravel to sg, pero nagtravel na kami sa hongkong and macau last year. I heard stories na super higpit daw po ngayon sa immigration, both ph and sg. We don't know anyone in SG kaya wala kami nun invitation letter, ang reason lang namin talaga is to go to Universal studios/sentosa and petronas tower. dec 9 ang alis namin, return ticket is dec 13, may hotel accomodation na kami and tour itinerary since 2 nights kami sa SG, 2 nights sa kuala lumpur, pero ang return flight namin to manila is still from SG. Magkakaproblem po ba kami sa immigration if ang passport ko is under my maiden name pa? nun naissue kasi ang passport ko, 4 months after my wedding eh wala pa kami NSO marriage cert that time, kasi sabi 6mos after ng wedding date pa yun kaya i decided to use my maiden name nalang sa passport. my return plane ticket is under my maiden name naman. actually ngamit ko na rin tong passport under my maiden name sa hongkong-macau last yr di naman naging problem kaso medyo worried lang ako now kasi nga dami ko naririnig na balita na super higpit, worried ako na baka etong passport under my maiden name pa ang maging problema namin since married nga kami, ok lang ba na sabihin namin na mgasawa kami pag tinanong baka kasi sabihin bakit ang passport ko maiden name pa, okay narin po ba na ang dala namin is 700USD and 10thousand pesos? hope to get some responses from you guys, will appreciate it, para mabawasan ang kaba ko, Smile

Your passport will do just fine. No problems at all.

oo, wala talaga sa list yung company ID. tinanggap naman siya in my case na wala akong kahit anong government ID. i guess just to make sure, magdala na yung iba ng kahit anong available IDs nila.

im planning to sg and kl too sometime in april. Pa share naman po experiences nyo dun. It will be my first time to there.

Pa-advise na din po if someone had tried going to sg and kl with green passport? Tinatanggap p b ang green passport sa mga immigration?

nagfill up na ko, then lalabas na yung list of requirements
then pag submit ko na ang huling lumalabas is SORRY
ilang beses na ako nagtry pero yun pa din ang lumalabas... hayz

It's just me or may iba pang nakaexperience ng ganito?
kukuha sana ako ng passports for my kids.

You need to fill out the necessary information. You might not answered the important details.

I accidentally deleted Dfa's email confirmation, I was not able to print the application form. But I still got the reference number. Is it ok if I go to the appointment without the application form?

1.Oh well, you must call the DFA, ASAP and request to send the copy of email again.
2.Make a 2nd appointment again just to be sure, if previous suggestion fails, then you have another back-up

guys need help... sa march 16 na appointment schedule ko. i'm holding a green passport pa, renewal at the same time change name na rin since i got married last year.

my question is wrong spelling pala name ng father ko sa marriage contract and birth certificate ko, instead of "Saldy" as per may birth certificate Zaldy yung nakalagay sa marriage contract ko. Need ko pa ba ipabago yung since sa passport di naman lumabas na yung name ng father? madalian kasi yung preparation ng wedding kaya di na gaanong napansin.
