@ckaire, after typing test, u havea nongraded iq test, then initial interview, then versant interview, then final interview. u can get job offer in 1 day. thats their aim right now.

@mshenguit, its voice account. meron din backoffice - non voice yun. priority now is the voice account.

@kenjilianne - its in cubao, behind telus , harap ng sm cubao. u cant miss it.

non voice is 14k yata....work is laid back.

ayos ba non-voice dyan? i have two years exp kasi dun, more than sa voice. saka less stress. hahaha. kahit anong shift pa yan, maski meh ot pa. nung nco ako, laging two hours manda ot eh.

@paulogratis55: My colleague and I applied there(for the back office position) a couple of weeks ago and said that they will call us. We already passed the typing speed, call simulation and initial interview. We've heard that they're already pooling for their 2nd wave this September and wanted to follow up our pending application. Somehow similar question on applicants for the non-voice. Why do we need to have above average English communication on both "oral" and written where voice is not needed on back office position.. Geez, I hope CCs will change their hiring process. IF it's for the voice, then provide assessment for voice quality(diction, intonation, pronunciation, twang, fluency etc.) without too much expectation of typing speed. Whereas for the non-voice, CCs shouldn't expect too much on voice quality but rather on typing speed, grammar and sentence construction. Sigh, the ordeal that the applicants are undergoing..

Yes, its inbound sales but marami sub-groups in the account so marami pwede ilagay. Dont be discouraged if hindi ka seller (like me)..i deal with resolutions kaya yun strong suit ko....
