guys... I saw sa lobby ng MDC 100 (Eastwood) is that they accept walk in right now for collections.

However as per my friend who is currently working there is that you need to have at least 1-2 years collection experience.


Nga pala, for those interested you may want to apply online first before you do a walk in. kasi kapag nag walk in ka, they will ask you to do the online registration din. Hindi ka naman pauwiin, parang kasama yan sa recruitment nila na mag apply ka at gumawa ng account online.

I was originally offered a post as Collection Associate but I declined because I want a non-voice post. I did apply as Processing Officer(Back Office), but I was informed by HR na "on hold" daw ang hiring for that position. Para sa mga ANZ employees na dito, posible bang matransfer from voice account-call center to back office side?

Hi, ask ko lang what's the usual application process here? Ilang phase meron? Like if done na sa phone interview, personal interview ba with HR or with Hiring Managers agad? And is it normal to be asked to bring docs na for your scheduled personal interview kahit na phone interview pa lang ang tapos mangyari?

Mahirap makakuha ng slot for back office posts kasi mababa ang attrition. Kaka 1 year na buong LOB namin (around 60 staffs) pero so far 1 pa lang ang nagresign. Not sure with other back office LOBs.

Yes posibleng matransfer from voice to non-voice and vice versa. Anything is possible. Pero wala pa namang nangyaring ganun.

Iba iba yata depende sa position na ina-applyan. Basta ang laging una is initial screening through phone. Yung sa akin kasi after ng initial screening, video interview sa melbourne then hiring manager then JO then contracti signing with docs needed...

Yep, may Job Offer na kasi ako and contract sigining na kaya part na rin ng pre-employment requirements yung Certificate of employment. Yep yung COE ko pinalagay ko yung salary ko. then yung purpose is general lang. Alam na ng HR yun.
