naku sana nga mabigyan ako ng JO kasi gusto ko talaga sa ANZ aside sa name ng company eh yung work schedule nila na dayshift at weekends off... Bdw, customer service consultant ang inaaplyan ko at non-voice daw yun sabi sakin nung hiring manager, more on paperworks daw at sa eastwood ang location bale ang schedule ay 5am to 2pm or 6am to 3pm. not bad na rin kasi guaranteed sat&sun off.

Pardon my query, but what are the positions that an undergrad can apply for here? I know one pexer here who posted that he was an undergrad when he got hired.

I do have some knowledge about the financial industry as I do work for one, on the docs side, though.

Would the company be willing as well to at least match my current salary? My basic pay is in the low-30s.

Why I'd like to get a new job? Dayshift. Been working in the GY for almost 6 years already. )

IMO, it's true. Mababa yung offered salary nila, which is very disappointing for me as well. They base their offer on your previous/current salary, then they probably add a thousand or less. Unless you really want to get out of your current work, you will grab this opportunity, otherwise, just settle on your current employer. Also, they don't have that much benefits.

yup, same procedure lang. mabilis sila tumawag sa case ko, i guess kung wala masyado competition or urgently needed

week 1:
thursday...i applied via taleo

week 2:
monday...they called and asked for a phone interview
wednesday...basic skill test
friday...final interview w/ hiring manager

naku wish ko bigyan nila ko ng JO...sabi kasi they will be still doing interview gang friday next week then dun nila ipapaalam kung may JO ako

sana positive naman...need ko magsecure ng bagong work kasi medyo magulo na sa office

3 days after called me for the interview with the hiring manager.
Interview with the hiring manager.

2 days after JO.
eventually i already signed a JO for my current employer.

if i will compare mas malaki sweldo ko ngayon sa current employer ko
pero if lilpat man ako sa anz they are generous enough to really give you a compensation deal na talagang d ka namagdadalwang isip

for fresh grads naman hanapin nyo na lang san ako nagwowowrk here sa section na to dun kayo muna mas malaki jo for a fresh grad then maybe jump here.

That's my current plan kasi haha

naku mahigit one month na nakaraan after my final interview pero hindi pa rin ako tinatawagan for JO. nakalimutan na yat ako.amywai I'll be starting my new job sa BPI as Phonebanking Specialist sa Monday July 2, 2012 =)
