yup. they are. from what i read, the shared service just opened last month. i don't know anyone working there yet so i'm not sure about their benefits, working environment, etc.

Solaris bldg. sila. Maganda *** office, 30 palang ata ang tao at gusto nila maghire ng at least 2,000 heads by this year. According un sa interview ko so there.

Solaris One is along Dela Rosa Street, just at the back of Standard Chartered. Malapit sa Makati Med. They share the new building with Shell Shared Services.

As for the benefits, they have the government-required 13th month pay. They don't have a 14th month pay, but they do have an annual bonus and profit sharing equivalent to 3-4 months. All their shifts are from 8AM-5PM. They strongly promote work-life balance. They follow the Philippine Holidays as well.

For the lucky hires, most of them will be sent to Melbourne, Australia for training for at least 3-5 weeks.

Range? Depende sa position shempre. And it's at par with DKS, CBS, IBM, etc...
