Anywhere from 6 to 9 months to a year. I read someone here got it in as short as 3 months, dunno if it is true. Ang sure ako, maraming Pinoy na nag-apply ang na-deny for lack of proof of relationship.

Basta anything na magpapatunay na mag jowa nga kayo.. Kung may time stamp or more or less videos din siguro, pwede na yun...

hmmm 3 months??? parang ang bilis??? nabasa ko na sa USCIS about that range nag ang time table ng fiance visa. hmm baka nga. or *** iba kasi may mali sa nilagay nilang info dun sa application form then aun, denied agad. sayang ang $455 na bayad

it does matter. kasi kailangan noya patunayan na may funds siya para suportahan ka. *** iba diyan nadedeny dahil BF nila wala ganu pera. kaya mas ok may pera at work *** BF mong kano

In order for you to be able to apply for a K1 Visa in the Philippines, the petitioner must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

The Petitioner must be lawful citizen of the United States. Lawful permanent residents or green card holders are not eligible to file a for the K-1 Visa application.

You must be legally free to marry. If any of you two has been married previously, you must be able to show proof of the dissolution of the previous marriage by divorce, annulment, or the death of your previous spouse.

You must have met your fiancé/e at least once in person within the last two years prior to the application and should have proof of a solid and ongoing relationship. Evidence that can be used to support this fact include photos as a couple, travel and hotel receipts, chat transcripts, emails, phone logs, and other pertinent evidence affirming your ongoing relationship.

You must meet the income requirement of earning 125% above the poverty line, as per USCIS guidelines.

You must be able to prove that you are capable of marrying your Filipina fiancee within ninety (90) days upon his/ her arrival in the United States.

*please take note of some provisions of the Homeland Security Act, which also pertains to some guidelines involving K-1 Visa applications.

There's no income requirement for US Spouse Visa, just prove that you can financially support your spouse.

My hubby petition me thru K3 visa kasi dyan kami sa pinas kinasal pero ang process nya is like fiance or k1 visa. Your bf will initially file ur petition here of course and he will initially send some proof of ur relationship together with other requirements. Pictures together is of course important. It took 7 months bago ako ma-interview. but of course bring all the proofs as u like but i tell you not everything will ask. Ang pinaka importante naman kasi sa lahat nyan eh aside sa genuine ang relationship nyo, they are really looking for proof of income ng bf mo. If he is really capable of bringing you to the US.

I guess po meron income requirement ang spouse visa. The income im talking about is from the petitioner not dun sa ipepetition. The petitioner should still need to meet the income poverty line. I guess they keep changing it every year.

I think its betwen 21 to 25K. Ang alam ko kahit yong AS more than the poverty line, kini-question pa rin yan ng consul kasi di talaga makakabuhay yan eh. In other words, pobre yong petitioner.So, what will the petitioner do is look for a relative that will help him submit another AS.
