bo boi oo.
Ah bago na sguro ngayon that was last year july pa. Twice na ako nag apply sa spanish then sabi nung sa hotline kung may visa na nagamit within 2 years pwede na walang appearance. Baka yan siguro. Hindi ko kasi nagamit yong first then yong pinaka first talagat from italian 2004 pa
Napaka convenient mag apply ng Schengen visa c/o the Spanish Consulate kasi may VFS office na like the UK.
Madali lang din mag set ng appointment
To share my application process.
All info you need is here:

Puwede ka mag pa sked ng appointment to go directly to the Spanish Consulate c/o VFS din.
Basta ang tip complete lahat ng documents mo and for sure mas mabilis ang processing time nila.
Dapat ma-establish mo yung "strong ties too your country".
Ganun.
Goodluck =)

Has anyone been requested to be interviewed by Spanish Consulate recently? How was your experience? I lodged my application via VFS just last Monday. I had been granted a visa before already (last January only). Don't know why they wanted an interview when I have submitted all the requirements. I know they can do this, but do they do it often? My trip is scheduled next week already and they want to interview me on Monday.
@Chocoswirl, were you required to appear for an interview?
@lynthetravelbug - how was your interview? Did they give you another visa? I will be doing the same thing next week kasi. I went to Spain during the Christmas break and I want to spend the holy week there. I am going to apply visa VFS this time. Before kasi personal application .
Hi. I just want to clear yung requirement about sa bank statement. Kailangan ba nasa current account or pwede na kahit nasa savings account lang? Should I transfer pa my savings account to current account?
^ no need to do that. Just submit your bank certificate and photocopies of your passbook
^depends on how long you'll be in spain/europe. ganito daw ang computation: 10 days * 50 euros = 500 euros, then plus airfare and all other expenses. You just really have to show that you have money to travel. I don't think you need millions in your account.
