mga pards, I applied as Mobile Dev to this company.

Just had my interview with their IT Manager (yata). Wait ko na lang daw yung schedule for another interview with their US counterparts. Any tips sa mga nainterview na?

1. online coding exam
2. 1st interview with ?
3. 2nd interview with ?
4. 3rd interview with ?
5. 4th interview with ?
6. JO na ba ?

tama yan. 3,4 and 5 are all phone interviews kasi from US counterparts yung makakausap nyo. Most likely JO na nga yung pang-6. Kung mobile/java dev ang inaapplyan, you just need to know everything sa Java Core and ididiscuss nyo yung past experiences nyo. Then that's it. Nice naman yung mga interviewers and sisiw lang to senyo pag alam nyo talaga yung mga ginagawa nyo especially in Java.

Tips: Pray before taking the interview to have a peace of mind.

Yup. Also, yung phone interviews ay umaga, so make sure na maayos ang tulog nyo.

sad to say that this company can't offer 6-digit salary for IT/Developer post... kahit 125k to 140k hindi nila kaya or I guess kahit 100k hindi nila kaya..

Yeah, their 80K offer was pretty much a slap to my face.

that gave me a probable idea why am no longer called after my last interview.. hahaha

got a scheduled interview with Ms. Kat, 4:00PM .. I went ahead to call their toll free number since i was out of PH... Waited for 15 minutes and she didn't show up. Just heard from my headhunter that she was on a meeting. Ms. Kat asked me to wait for 30 Minutes, so i waited and still she didnt show up after 30 minutes. Then she said to reschedule at 5:00PM. I went ahead to call the toll free number and at 5:15PM no Ms Kat on the conference bridge. So i told my headhunter that she didnt show up again. Ms Kat told her that she will reschedule my interview.
I got the new schedule for the next day. Then came the scheduled day and time, called the toll free number conference bridge, there was Ms Kat and another person and she just told me she was having a meeting . I told her, i have a scheduled meeting with you, and she just told me she will call my mobile... until then, no call..

I think this Ms. Kat Noriega doesnt know what is time management and respect for the schedules that she gave to applicants..

By the next time i talk to her, i will tell her or she will loose her job someday...
