the residency rules states 1 year before being inserted in the official NCAA line-up. what is the starting point of that 1 year. is it the time when a foreign player-student arrives in the country or the time when he is officially enrolled in the school? i assume it is the latter because the date of enrollment is much more reliable than the date printed on a plane ticket. i would also assume that is the point in time where the residency begins as stated in the rules on residency. if those were complied with, how would it be a case of circumventing the rules? in your own sad feeble mind perhaps

1. we're b!tching because on the surface it seems plausible but we realize that we need credible evidence to back up our claims. as of now the burden of proof lies on the accuser.

2.academic freedom is given to professors, if a professor is considerate he/she may give you some consideration because of your absences, maybe assign some special project for you to cope up with the course requirements. this consideration is not exclusive to athletes, foreign or homegrown, i did those too as an ordinary student a couple of times when i have used up my allowable absences during my time. and about late enrollees, i am guilty of that a couple of times. you may not believe it, but these things happen and there's nothing illegal about it, as far as school policy is concerned.

Ganito lang yan. Mancom has always been quick (not really efficient) in handing out sanctions against SBC. Kung minsan walang due process kaya tuloy nabibigyan ng TRO. Teams have also shown that they'll protest kahit sa maliliit na bagay. If there's merit sa residency issue na yan, hindi ba matagal na may nagpakita ng evidence? It's been 5 years at puro tsismis lang. Eh wala nga ako narinig na may nagprotesta sa Mancom or iniimbistigahan nila.

S240 toyota lexus? hahaha! yun lang pinagmamayabang mo na? toyota probably don't even make S240s anymore.. lahat ng nakikita ko puro lumang model na sa mga lumang car dealership na used car na at ang halaga eh katumbas ng 150,000 pesos! hahahaha! malamang used car mo na nabili yang S240 mo.. hahahaha!!! at kung yan lang pagmamayabang mo eh siguradong galing ka sa ubod ng hirap (na wala namang masama kung galing sa hirap) pero nagkaroon lang ng "regular" na kotse eh pinagpipilitan ipaalam at paulit ulit dito sa forums eh kawawa ka pa din at kulang sa pansin dahil wala pa din pumapansin sa karag karag na lumang luxury car mo! mas may halaga pa lumang nissan datsun kaysa sa toyota lexus mo! hahahahaha!!!
