HR shouldn't take advantage of applicants, for example, get information from them which he/she can use for personal interest.

Guys, I have no intention to get an enemy here.. so pls be open-minded. There's nothing wrong in complaining if there's really something that we should complain of..but don't take it personally. Nakakalungkot lang that some even labelled people here. I just want to promote positivity..but if you want to stay negative, its your choice. But hopefully everyone of us will realize that we can always look at the brighter side of things no matter how negative we think it is.. our attitude towards life's circumstances can make our lives better. :-)

Tumawag si HR, kinabukasan interview, so ayun pasado na. Short listed. Ngayon ilang araw tumawag ulit 12 noon,hiring manager interview daw, problem was nasa Laguna ako at 3-4 hours biyahe ko kung mga 1pm ako alis. Nagrequest ako resched, hahanap daw sila at tatawag ulit nung araw din na yun. Eh ayun wala ng tawag hanggang kinabukasan. Nag email na ako for follow up kung ipaprocess pa application ko.
Tapos marereceive ko lang eh Sorry, position closed na. Tsk tsk. Asang asa ako kasi maganda naman feedback. Di man lang nag inform agad eh.

this almost always happens... pag nagparesched hindi ka na tatawagan ulit.. tulad ng sa pfizer, sa BPI, tsaka San Miguel.. hindi ko naman nilalahat yung buong company, malay ko baka malas lang ako dun sa HR na naghandle ng resume ko.
but then again, if may interview eh as much as possible nalang eh maging vacant or be ready to change your plans...
Halos lahat naman ng HR eh hindi nagsasabi kung di ka tanggap. Lagi kong tinatanong kung sinasabi ba nila yun, reply nila, oo daw. Tapos mamumuti nalang mata mo sa kakahintay.
Sana pwedeng gumanti na binigyan ka na ng job offer tas ang reply mo, "I'll just call you if I made up my mind". Hahaha.
Exception dito ang Shell. Kahit na depressing makatanggap ng rejection email eh at least madaling mag-move on. haha.

i think mali ang title ng thread neto. malaki ang HR, hindi lang siya recruitment. based kasi sa mga nabasa kong comments, more on recruitment issues.
like for me, hr din ako pero hindi recruitment.

if ur saying na marami ka ng na applayan? bakit di ka nila na hire? may attitude problem ka ba?
if u'r not sure about ur call time if its 8 or 9? how did you know na Late ang HR if u don't even know if u'r also late?
If 1 of ur signs of a bulok na HR is an "HR" texting you to apply? why do u even bother to apply if its bulok? are u looking for bulok na companies?
last question po... Na hire ka ba nila? if they did..there's something wrong with the HR nga.![]()
