Hindi na sila mataas magpasweldo ngayon unlike a few years ago.

Convergys Makati ( Not unprofessional more like WTF? )

Inaalok ba naman ako na mag-interview raw for a tech support or CSR position. I told the guy nicely na hindi ako interesado( no offense sa mga taga CC ) kasi hindi naman yun ang career ko. 9+ years na akong software developer kaya nakakapagtaka na tawagan ako out of the blue.

So ok na, sinabi ko na ayaw ko. Aba tumawag ulit, same HR guy. The same na naman ang sinasabi. Sabi ko nicely again na I am not available for employment. I thought that was the end. Tumawag na naman ulit! Same guy again. This time parang nag-mamakaawa na mag-interview raw ako, kasi sayang naman daw ang position at maganda raw ang benefits. Buti naman eto na yung huling tawag niya after I turned him down the 3rd time.

    Security Bank
Maghapon ang exams, 8am to 5pm magsasawa ka ng set after set of exams.

Typical na yung hindi ka bigyan ng update ng companies, maybe just give them a certain deadline ( mine is 2 weeks ) kung di pa ako tinawagan I consider that a failed application.

    Thumbs down

a company posted a salary worth 20K-45K pesos. i applied then as it turns out, kung ma regular ka lang saka mo makukuha yan.

how unprofessional to post an exaggerated salary. di naman maka afford.

non-profit org na kumukuha ng client as "social assistance" to impoverished economies.

lesson learned. dapat di mag-apply sa mga small time companies in some remote locations.

3M has the most professional HR and interviewers so far sa experience ko. JP Morgan also, although they don't provide updates, at nagkakagulo-gulo sched nila minsan kapag andaming walk-in.

According my friends naman, Pru-life UK is ok. Nestle is ok, although mabagal ang processing. Azeus at GXS have very accommodating HR as well.

    Twice ako nag-exam.

    Twice ako napa-schedule for interviews.

Twice ako na hindi pa tinatawagan.

    Offtopic:

Minus points po ba ang 1 1/2 year unemployed status for a fresh graduate? Because i chose to study again after my undergrad, but then after a month I withdraw due to unavoidable reason. And i chose to become bum, para makapagpahinga na rin ako, ayun na sarapan sa pagiging bum umabot ng 1 1/2 year hehe.

Now im looking for my first job, and im worried that it may become a burden to me. Pero i know kaya kong i-divert yung unemployement status ko since i have a good academic grade naman on my bachelor's degree. Thanks sa advice

    Techinidata:

(With exemptions)

    Century Properties

Edi sabi ko "Kung may privilege kayo to take your time and decide on an applicant, the applicant should also have time to think about the offer.

Yung problema ko sa IBM is they hire for certain positions then binebench nila.

Kaya yung ibang nakabench, puro training ginagawa

  15. #95

By the banks are quite strict even in the work of your family members. why? to take out the percent of risk especially if you are going to handle money. It's just protocol dear..an SOP--and not creepy.

tama yung iba..HR should manage their applicants properly in terms of their schedule? but what about this situation. there is a scheduled interview then there was an important meeting for HR to attend to ?would you want HR to re-schedule your interview or you to wait for another date? Informing as everyone says is professionalism but there are inevitable things that both parties needs to understand...I do believe there are HR personnels\ who are merely rude..there are others who's intentions are not to be rude but seemed they are rude..:naughty ang daming pwedeng scenarios..minsan both HR and applicants are misunderstood..or rather one-sided as well..oh well...no two persons are the same..tsk..tsk..
