Qualifications and Experience:
• Demonstrated experience with MS Visual Studio 2005 / 2008
• Demonstrated experience with MS SQL Server 2005 / 2008, specifically DTS and SSIS
• Experience with the MS Office Suite.
Role Responsibilities:
The SQL Programmer role has two main areas of responsibility. The first being working data management and data lists for Salmat’s outbound call centre campaigns. In this area of the role the candidate will be responsible for:
• Responsible for execution of automated and manual processes to handle data required for outbound dialling
• Assistance and input for the development of automation packages for use in outbound data management
• Work alongside dialler management staff, ETL creation developers and others to improve dialling treatments and data wash procedures
• Liaise with Genesys Engineers regarding process and technology available for implementing both inbound and outbound models into practical use
• Work with database administrators in construction and maintenance of data warehouse
• Use and troubleshoot the required SSIS packages to enable ongoing use of both modelling results and ongoing data ETL
• Create deployments, using appropriate technologies, to implement models produced by the data management team
The second area of responsibility is handling issues raised by multiple internal call centre clients and taking responsibility for the end to end resolution of these issues. In this area of the role the candidate will be responsible for:
• Create ad-hoc database queries and data extracts, to produce reports required by the Data Management team or call centre clients
• Liaise with call centre clients through an internal job logging system to receive, update and track their requests
• Problem solve enquiries from multiple call centre clients, specifically being able to understand the need / problem identified by the client and translate into the actual need / problem
• Ability to identify conflicts between data requirements and data availability / suitability and to facilitate internal resolutions
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all of Salmat’s data sources and to be able to identify appropriate sources of data for resolution of issues in the business
Candidate Competencies:
Professional Skills
• Demonstrated problem solving experience
• Call centre experience preferred, specifically in an operational role in an outbound centre
• Experience working across multiple clients, especially understanding the operational differences between each client and adapting to meet these differing needs
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Applicants must be willing to work on a early morning daytime shift (Australian Hours) in McKinley Hill,Taguig City.
Personal Traits
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Confidence to communicate (in English) with colleagues and counterparts in other business units, at all operational levels
• Ability to work productively, in a high pace environment, in line with business expectations and timeframes
• Ability to work autonomously, reporting to a local manager for day to day items, and a manager located in Australia for role related items.
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to understand and work in line with business KPI’s

Since IT manager *** nag-interview sakin, expected ko na usual IT work process sila. Medyo naguluhan kasi ako nung binasa ko *** website nila kasi ang focus ng website more like call center something. tapos ang sabi sakin, nung inexplain more about the job role, parang naisip ko....hindi siya ganon ka-related sa field ko. more like checking ito manually. so di ko na lang tinuloy
