799 Baht inclusive of breakfast and with free wifi ang deluxe room!
The question is, ok po ba ang location na to?
225/4 Pracharajbumpen Soi 5, Pracharajbumpen Rd., Huay Kwang, Bangkok
Here's the location map: http://www.myhotelratchada.com/location.html
We are considering Wendy House din kasi. With the promo of MyHotel Ratchada, halos same price na ng Wendy House so if ok din ang location ng MyHotel Ratchada, dun na lang kami magbook.

Guys tanong lang, saan ba pwedeng makabili ng tickets for Siam Niramit show? Pwede bang dun na mismo sa venue?
Sa website kasi nila 1500/pax, same price ba pag dun sa venue bumili?
Warning: Long post, so sorry. But I hope someone can help me out with my questions. Please, please.
Hi guys, thinking of returning to Bangkok in a month or two. I would love to have your suggestions as to where to stay. First time there about 2 years ago, stayed at Baiyoke Sky for 7 or 8 days. The hotel was good enough, but I hated the location. I like the location of Arnoma Hotel as it was right beside a supermarket and across the block of malls, but it looked old to me back then, what more now.
I will be going with my elderly mother and I doubt walking more than a few meters would be all right with her as she has back and joint pains. Kaya naman maglakad-lakad, but every now and then she has to sit and rest. Iniisip ko nga Arnoma, pero for us to go to malls like Siam Paragon, syempre practical na lakarin yon but hindi na niya kaya yon from Arnoma pero kung taxi naman for sure sasabihin samin 'too near', kasi nangyari na dati when we wanted to go to Siam Paragon from Big C grocery.
So, I think it'd be best to get a hotel around the Arnoma area, or around yung block of malls na yon (yung may Siam Paragon, CWP, Zen...) para maka-taxi nalang going there from the hotel na di naman gaano kalayo. Sorry, I hope clear yung idea ko sainyo.
What hotels can you suggest? Something along the price range and quality of Baiyoke Sky and Arnoma sana. Pero pwede ding a little higher OR a little lower.
@keyser_soze recommends Golden House highly and while I like the area, I'm not sure about the place itself. Malinis po ba ang rooms and toilet? No creepy crawlers? Flexible naman kami pero syempre non-negotiable yung kalinisan and safety narin. Is it in a street na known naman to taxi drivers and di pahirapan magbigay ng directions?
Tapos po, I'd like to take my mom to Chiang Mai, from what I've read some of you here say na it's like Baguio. What differentiates it from Bangkok po? Would an overnight stay be enough? What hotels can you recommend?
Just for a little reference, nung first punta namin sa BKK, we went to places like Royal Grand Palace, emerald buddha and reclining golden buddha, W@t Arun. Then we watched the drag show at Asia Hotel and did the Chao Praya river night cruise. Basically that's it, aside from making the rounds of malls like MBK, Siam Paragon (we had lunch here every day of our 7-8 days stay kasi may shuttle from our hotel going there), Platinum, JJ Mall. We went to Chatuchak pero ako lang nakaikot ng konti kasi my mom couldn't stand the heat.
Anyway, so yon po napuntahan namin, pero we weren't able to go to places like Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, etc kasi our concern back then was baka walang ample toilet facilities and baka may mga major akyatan/lakaran sa places na yon which my elderly mother cannot do. Yung toilet pala is a must for her, hahaha.
Dito sa 2nd trip namin if ever, we'd like to explore other areas naman like Ayutthaya/Kanchanaburi nga po sana and Chiang Mai. Then maybe watch Siam Niramit and go to a market like Or Tor Kor (my mom looooves the fruits in BKK)
BTW, If the choice is between Ayutthaya and Kanchanaburi, which one should we go for?
Lastly, dati po we availed of a packaged tour (about 24k each for 7 or 8 days at Baiyoke Sky, with airfare). Is it cheaper po ba to do the same? Or cheaper if we buy our plane tickets, then book hotel online? If it's the latter, which online site po is cheapest and trustworthy?
Also, (sorry I never do online transactions) once we pay po sa online booking site, what do we get in return? I mean, as proof of payment? Is there something we have to print and show sa hotel? Once paid, that's it na po ba? No need to confirm with the hotel?
I hope someone can help me out, sorry for the looooong post, nilubos ko na po, I hope I didn't forget anything.
BTW, so far ito yung mga naresearch kong hotels in BKK: Golden House, Arnoma, Sawasdee Langsuan, CentrePoint Langsuan or Petchburi, Fraser Place Langsuan, White Palace, myhotel. Any other hotels you can add?
THANK YOU, THANK YOU GUYS and Merry Christmas!!!
