Voice Agents for UP-Ayala, QC - Join a PIONEER UK-based ACCOUNT!
Responsibilities:
IBM's newest account is a UK-based Telecom Service Provider (mobile network and internet service).
Voice Agents will provide customer service & support, respond to billing and other inquiries, requests for registration and activation of new accounts, among others.
Services will be delivered from IBM's newest site in IBM UP-Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City.
Requirements:
College graduate or completed at least 2 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course
Excellent English communication skills
Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Premium pay is offered to candidates with previous international contact center experience
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
