i sent my resume on-line and somebody (forgot the lady's name) from recruitment called me up but when I told her that I am interested for the non-voice position she said it is already filled up. She asked if I would reconsider other positions but I declined. Technohub would have been great cuz it's near my home

Someone from IBM also called me just today. He also told me there are no non voice accounts available in any of the IBM branches so far. Quite confusing though. Forgot to ask the name of the caller.

Update: The account is still hiring. If the recruiter tells otherwise (and I hope he/she doesn't anymore), please say you saw the post in Pinoyexchange from Recruitment Marketing team. As of today, the recruiters doing call-outs have all been informed that the non-voice account is still open. Please get the name of your recruiter when you receive a call. We apologize for the confusion.

Hi,
I saw this post earlier that's why I submitted my cv with IBM. Today at 5pm a woman called me informing me that they received my cv via jobstreet application. She asked what I was applying for, so I said a chat/email or non voice account. She said I'm sorry but that position is no longer available and the only position open is for CSR or Tech Support. I agreed to continue with my application but I mentioned that I have no experience with voice since my background is technical writing. If this thread says there is an opening how come the HR doesn't seem to be aware of it and saying that it's no longer available? I was asked to go to IBM on Wed July28, would it be possible to get a non voice account than being a csr? What should we say re: this posting/thread? Many thanks!
