How hard is the DLSU-CET?

yeah, wala talaga. as in pinaghandaan ko pa yun tapos pag dating ng test, wtf walang kamath math.

Basta naintindihan mo mga basic concept ng chem at physics, papasa ka. Sa chem, it'll help if you know the oxidation numbers(tama ba term ko?) of common elements.

Sa bio, di ko maalala. Kinalimutan ko na kasi may galit ako sa bio.

Easy lang yung Bio tyaka konti lang questions. May question dun, ano most abundant gas sa Earth. Tyaka pag-aralan mo yung Cell Parts, Cell Tissue Organs System, Animal Kingdom. Yun.

Hindi, yung PT lang yung tagalog ) Pero ang medium ay English. Kaya nga medyo bobo yung move na yun eh (Tagalog ang PT).

Well, tama! I hope I pass kasi I've sacrificed so much (Tinigilan ko na ang "gawain ko" if you know what I mean Para lang sa test na ito).

I deserve to study in DLSU, and I will surely do my best.

Well, my hatred towards Bio stems from a teacher whom I felt was incompetent. Yung Adv. Bio namin na dapat concentrated sa Biotech e parang inulit lang yung Bio namin nung 2nd year. Plus, she's too biased and gullible.

Aaaaanyway. I found the math part fairly easy. Medyo na- lang ako dun sa part na may statistics. Hindi ko kasi rineview yon.

Tip sa math, kung 15 seconds na at di mo pa alam approach sa problem, skip. Balikan mo na lang kung may oras pa.

I really want to get into DLSU. The location is perfect for me, and it's close to the airport.

Are there any tutors out there that can help you study for the DLSU CET for a fee? I have no idea what to expect since I have never studied in the Philippines. I will basically be an international student (if that's what they call 'em here). And that's IF I even pass/get in, LOL.

Is there at least any material we can review to prepare for the test? I checked the UP site and they have a bit of material you can review. Couldn't find anything on the DLSU site though.

Walang calculus, kung tama naaalala ko. Wala naman akong maalalang limits, summations, derivatives or integrals. Basically high school math talaga.

Rating. I'm a bit inclined in math, so 5. 1 being 'kayang sagutin ng high school freshman'.
I had blanks though. Time limit, plus di ko na maalala ang stat. Mas nahirapan pa rin ako nung UPCAT, daming blanks. Dunno why I passed.

There are review centers for College Entrance exams. You can use the review material from the UP site for all the other entrance exams, I guess.

You might also want to prepare yourself for the type of education in the Philippines.
There was this girl who came from America, finished her secondary education there. In the states, she could easily get A's, but found it harder to get good grades here. Something like that.
I don't know how the manner of educating in Australia is. But just saying. Maybe it could help.
