yup, passengers and employees can stay and eat at the restaurant.

Where is this resto and can anyone just go in?

4th floor duty free area... yup anyone as long as you are a passenger or employee... The bad thing is.. the wide viewing deck for planespotting is in the smoking area so you have to be ready to endure the smokes' of passengers while doing planespotting.

renovated na po ang hariraya since last year, yup mahal pa din sa hariraya pero separate na ang order place for splurge and budget meals. At mganda na din ang restroom at maganda na smoking area.
