    Baon for school ideas

    can you suggest easy to make recipes for kids pambaon sa school. Suggestions would surely help. have tried the usual hotdog, spam & chicken. Appreciate all the help. Thanks!

    for snacks try a taco salad

    saute onions, garlic and bell pepper, brown the beef then add instant taco sauce.

    pack the cooked beef, salsa, cheese, lettuce and taco shells separately.

    yung taco shells you can break them into smaller pieces. parang taco salad na ang mangyayari.

    ----->you can cook beef the night before.

    for lunch if your kid is the type who's crazy for gravy them make him burger steak.

    for beef patties--combine beef, minced onions, crushed pepper corn and whaterver seaoning you use (maggi magic seasoning etc.) you can also add in bread crumbs, bell peppers and some milk if you like.
    fry the beef patties.

    for the gravy sauce--use mushroom soup (campbells or yung knorr powdered kind) dilute in water and simmer over low fire, add some mushrooms and worschestershire sauce/maggi savor/knorr liquid.seasoning.

    ----->yung beef patty mixture you can prepare this the night before tapos fry na lang sa umaga.

    as side dish you can make simple potato salad--boil and dice potatoes, add mayo grate some carrots for color, salt and pepper to taste, some pickles and hard boiled egg.

    pwede ring breaded porkchops

    marinate porkchops in salt, pepper and calamansi.

    for dredging in one plate put flour or cornstarch na merong timplang salt and pepper (pwede ring lagyan ng maggi magic seasoning/garlic powder or any other flavored breading mix.

    in a bowl beat 1 egg

    in another plate put japanese bread crumbs

    after marinating porkchop for 30 minutes-1 hour

    dredge it in the flour mixture then egg then jap breadcrumbs then fry.

    (remember lang yung sequence ng dredging it's dry, wet dry) so flour-egg-jap breadcrumbs.

    ----->for this recipe naman you can marinate the pork chops the night before.

    you can also add gravy and buttered corn and carrots

    Chicken or Pork Adobo
    - madali lutuin and hindi mabilis mapanis because of the vinegar.

    Giniling na baboy with potatoes and carrots
    - masarap pa rin kahit hindi na mainit.

    Bistek Tagalog
    - madali lutuin, masarap kahit hindi na mainit.

    Sweet and sour pork / fish
    - hindi mabilis mapanis because of the vinegar

    Avoid anything chicken especially if cooked with tomato saucem gata/cream or potatoes. Madali mapanis.

    To make it healthier and pampagana for the kids to eat more, you can add malunggay powder or malunggay seasoning mix on the ulam that you are going to prepare for them. Also, snacks like crackers, biscuits or cookies mixed with malunggay power too. It's tastier and healthier. Hindi lang yun, you can even add it sa mga regular ulam nyo everyday. If your kids doesn't vegetables that much? Tamang, tama ito for them.

    cookies & tuna sandwich, fish burger w/ rice, egg sandwich, buy breads in breadtalk or french baker or any pastries in red ribbon/ goldilocks

    french fries

    fruits-apple, dalandan, any fruit that can be eaten fast
