    [no overtime, no referrals, don't participate in activities].

    And you'll see,
    you'll stop getting angry,
    because you won't expect anything from FIS.
    I don't need appreciation [anymore] from FIS.
    FIS is just a job.
    FIS is just a source of income.

    Don't feel embarrassed to think this way.
    Who cares what FIS management thinks?
    Find other activities to dedicate your time and life.
    Not FIS.
    FIS is not worth it.

    don't expect any promotion, salary increase, ect.
    Because visibility is key in the highly politicized FIS.

    Your peers who played politics will get ahead of you.
    But better to distance yourself from FIS politics,
    than get stressed [and get uglier] everyday.

    On June 29, FIS published a job advertisement
    for the new position "Manager - Employee Engagement/Employee Relations".
    But what's the point?
    FIS is notorious at not listening.
    So give FIS a taste of their own medicine, don't talk to FIS management.
    FIS will just use the information you gave them against you.
    Well, it's FIS prerogative,
    but my two cents, no thank you.
    It's more fun to be disengaged.

    But if you really want to climb the FIS ladder,
    then go ahead and continue participating in FIS extra-curricular activities.
    But when you dip your finger into FIS politics,
    be ready to get yourself dirty.

    walng xmas party last yr...tapos nagbgy sila ng pinakamurang ham ng purefoods *** around 250php na ham hndi *** bilog na ham tapos *** pasta ng delmonte *** 180grms na pasta LANG..take note: walang ksamang spaghetti sauce so kami pa *** bumili ng spag sauce..nakakaloka diba as in...nattawa nga ako ngyon eh..sobrang kuripot wapak tlg FIS

    Guys tinawagan po ako for exam and interview. Mainframe COBOL Trainee. Kung makapasa daw ako, the training will last for 1 1/2 -2 months. Then pag maganda daw performance i-aabsorb daw ng company. May 350 pesos daw na daily allowance sa training. Fresh grad lang ako kaya wala pa masyado alam sa mga company. I need your opinion. Base sa mga nabasa ko, ang dami negative issues. Nag-second thought tuloy ako na tumuloy. Ganun din po ba ang pamamalakad nila sa IT? Anyways, Mukhang okay naman yung HR na tumawag sakin. Monique ang name. Thanks in advance!

    @tcomc - sa FIS ka pa rin po ba nagwwork? plano ko po kase mag-apply dito as IT service desk, dun ka rin po ba sa department na yun, or sa iba? I just want to know kung ganun sa isang specific department lang or in general...

    and may mga salary disputes ba dito? (I hope walang ganung issue dito) TIA!

    Thank you sa advice... Pinag isipan kong mabuti, ahaha hndi din ako tumuloy ngayon. Mahirap matali sa isang company na walang mgandang reputation...nagbackread ako puro negative comments *** mga nabasa na talaga namang nakakadiscourange mag apply.

    It has been almost 2 years now.. I have done some back reading... For me, I was shocked!!! It seems that FIS is the worst BPO Company ever.. According to this thread.... Almost 2 years na ang sasama ng mga post dito.... This was the first time I have read such a hate thread that went for almost 2 years.....
