Ang weird. Nag-apply ako sa kanila as WFM Analyst kasi *** friend ko nagapply din for the same position. Sabi saken ng friend ko na madali lang yung exam at tinurn down nya *** JO sa kanya.
Then nagpunta ako kahapon. Hindi daw ako nakapasa ng exam. WTF?!. The exam was written. around 6 to 8 pages ata yon.
Tinanong ko *** friend ko kung ano inexam nya. Microsoft Excel lang daw. Eh kung yun lang din *** exam na binigay saken eh papasa talaga ako. Jusko anong klaseng recruitment process ba meron dito?
hmm pumunta ko dito nung Thursday (walk-in) 06/29/12, I applied for the IT Help desk post. completed the typing test, listening skills test, and an interview with Francis, sabi nya ttawag sila ulit for the final interview (this time it'll be with their client). Kahapon wala pang tawag. : (

- In consideration of Mr. Frank Martire's expanded duties, the Company and Mr. Martire have agreed to amend his employment agreement to provide that his target annual bonus shall be no less than 250% of his annual base salary, with a maximum of up to 500% of his annual base salary, an increase from 200% and 400% of such amounts at present.
Mr. Martire's target and maximum bonus will be prorated for 2012.
In consideration of Mr. Gary Norcross's expanded role, the Company and Mr. Norcross have agreed to amend his employment agreement to provide that his target annual bonus shall be no less than 190% of his annual base salary, with a maximum of up to 380% of his annual base salary, an increase from 175% and 350% of such amounts at present.
Mr. Norcross's target and maximum bonus will be prorated for 2012.
- In what might perhaps be the most ironically named company in the Russell 1000, Fidelity National Information Services appears to think that in order to get someone to stay a couple of months you need to pay them a retention bonus.
But really, $10 million dollars in cash to get the former CEO Lee Kennedy to stick around from the time of the merger (October 2009) between Fidelity and Metavante to his resignation in February 2010? And that doesnít even count the $11 million or so realized in accelerated equity.
Seven months? Thatís barely time to move into the office, never mind start running the company.

Kamusta na ba ang mga FIS Peeps ngayon? Bago na ba Management? Any Feedbacks? Para kasing lumalabas.. based sa mga posts na napaka-pangit na companyang ito... I have been in the BPO Industry for 6 years (only 2 companies... not a hopper).. I have seen, heard, read "worst" call centers.... I hope na meron namang maganda dito sa FIS... I will be applying there this month.... Any Comments??? FIF Peeps.....
