The first regular Product/Service of Smart BRO is the Fixed Wireless Broadband myBRO Canopy w/ External Antena (3G) na installed at Service Address ng Subscriber at dapat may Line of Sight (LOS) to the nearest Smart Cellsite (range is about 1.6KM) to get good connection/signal!

Nakapagpakabit na kami ng Smart WiMax pero kahit malakas yung signal eh mabagal yung connectivity sa net. Isa pa, palaging nagrerestart yung modem every few hours, di makapaglaro ng online games ng maayos. Nakakabwisit! Pag ganun ba sa modem yung problema oh talaga lang bulok service ng smart?

Kung hindi po magiging maganda ang connection ng smart bro wimax sa amin pwede po bang pakisabi kung ano *** magiging mabilis na internet provider para sa amin ^_^. Tnx po
