    naglaro ako sa PAJA dati pero member ako ng PAJA, hehehe. tsaka coach kasi namin sa school (DLSU-Dasma) si Coach Jose Rillo. AFAIK, naging head siya ng PAJA at RP Team.

    ^ sa ABAP We normally pay 200 a session. for starters, get a good pair of boxing gloves and handwraps....

    and yes, you can hit the gym and box at the same time..

    for the kickboxing classes, talk to albert in eclipse malate.

    walang ring sa shaw. matts lang. pero malawak.

    ABAP is in rizal stadium? is that the one along vito cruz? whats the schedule of classes? if ever walk in *** ba ako to inquire? and if i do box and gym at the same time do i do it on rest days? or only on my 2 day rest? ok ill ask around who albert is in malate

    kalasag is now natkick, that's where our coaches trained for the longest time...

    if you want to learn "muay thai" meaning punches, kicks, elbows and knees, matuturo din ng coaches namin sa inyo yun

    ^definitely an emphasis on proper form and stance...

    If you want it to be hardcore, just tell our coaches since we adjust sa level ng trainee
