Ayan hindi mo kasi maintindihan kung anung gusto nila. Haaaay, kulang sa coordination at setting of expectation...wala lang, imagine tatawagan ka to get your commitment na mag-aantay ka for the tentative schedule ng training, eh pano kaya yun...by the time na mag start yung training malamang hindi pa din ako nakakapag-render ng resignation ko with my current company dahil nga wala pa din silang maibigay na job offer. Kamusta naman mga teh, paki-ayos naman nung process. Andami-dami niyong hinihingi at kung tutuusin super strict ng process niyo dahil sa dami ng verification na kailangan niyong gawin yet nagiging hassle tuloy yung ilang bagay-bagay sa application dahil sa disconnect sa kung saan. Haaay. Wala lang...guys magisip-isip kayo. Sa gulo ng process baka mamamaya mawindang lang kayo pag andito na kayo. Yun lang.

hi! newbie here.. question lang po. i applied sa boa ng wednesday and the HR Manager told me nag mag send ng email or will call me for feedback, sabi nya pa even if i fail magbibigay sya ng feedback pero i just found out kagabi na hindi working un email add ko sa resume ko. i dont know kung nag email na sya..wala rin phone call. does it mean na i didnt pass? wala nmn binigay sakin n list of requirements pa just like sa iba..

anyone who can answer?

Goodluck, I suggest na maghanap ka na rin muna ng ibang option. Mahirap na, kaka next week nila inabot na ako ng 3 months mula nung mag-qualify ako for the CSR post. AMP. wala lang.

Awww hehe, uu 3 months, grabe. Oh well di naman ako nagsisisi na napadpad ako sa BAC... in fairness malaki naman yung offer and mukhang maayos yung compensation and benefit package kaya lang kakatakot yung mga ganitong klaseng aberya sa recruitment pa lang. Hmmm sana tawagan pa din ako for the real job offer, kukunin ko pa din siya siguro kung bibigyan ako ng chance na mag-render ng 30 day-resignation.

Hi Xyndy, yung mga pumasa after ng HR interview, binigyan agad ng list ng requirements na kailangan nilang ipasa nung araw na yun din mismo.

sabi kasi ng HR will check until thursday night kung ma shortlist ako or ilagay sa ibang account. mejo malaki un sweldo na hiningi ko eh. well base sa nabasa sa ko nga sa thread at un sa wavemate ko na nakapsok dun binibigyan nga kagad ng list of requirements. nag ask nmn ako sa isang sup na dating kong sup,sabi pag ganon it doesnt mean na bagsak ako or kahit bagsak daw dapat makkarcv parin ako ng tawag. nagtxt ako kahaon sa recruiter na tumawag sakin, no reply.. bahala na.. baka nga bagsak or whatever. hayaan ko na lang..
