Customer Service Rep. (Order Taking Retail Acct)
* Ensures that prescribed results are delivered depending on campaign requirements
* Ensures that attendance issues are controlled and to report to work as assigned / required / needed by the campaign on time
* Displays professionalism, zeal, and delivers positive customer experience in handling calls.
* Voicing to immediate supervisor / management any feedback, suggestions, scripting, and productivity.
* Conforms with all company policies / regulations which are in accordance to Philippine Labor laws at all times.
Basic Salary Range: 14-18k (Depending on length of call center experience)
Monthly Incentive: 4k (performance-based and attendance)
Additional Benefit: 1k Rice Subsidy (Upon Regularization)
Health Benefit: HMO with Maxicare 100k per illness per year (After 90 days from date of employment)
Training is paid base on Basic Salary rate
* At least 2nd year College or Graduate of any Vocational course
* At least 6 months Call Center experience is preferred but not required
* Excellent command of the English language
* order taking, CSAT, Upselling background is an advantage
* Computer literate
* Willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedules
