There are a lot of recipes on the internet but this is a good link as it gives you some ideas for egg/custard based ice creams, egg-free recipes, frozen yogurts, sorbets at dairy-free. Check it out: http://thepioneerwoman.com/tasty-kit...-is-ice-cream/
If you don't have an ice-cream machine you can still make it pero matrabaho lang. You have to continually take out the ice cream every 30 mins or so and beat it (or else ice candy ang labas).
recipe na pinoy hinahanap ko e.
yung sorbetes, yung may kinaskas na mangga, gatas, vanilla, gata, asukal, tapos nilalagay lang sa ref.
ala kami ice cream machine.
You don't need one if you have an electric mixer, or even a manual egg beater. You just need to freeze your mix in a bowl, and when it is partially frozen, beat it. Do this several times until the consistency is that of ice cream.
By the way, na-curious lang ako sa "sorbetes." Like they said in the commercial, real Pinoy sorbetes should use coconut milk/ cream? Wala pa akong na-encounter na recipe nito.
Dried ube with sweet azuki beans. Also Japanese Green Tea and vanilla, my specialties. LOL.
