You don't have to worry DMCI

    Hello,

DMCI developer is one of the most trusted construction firm in the country, as compared sa iba na nagsisimula pa lang. So wise investment ang DMCI as always.

    Hi wiseobject!

Thanks for trusting DMCI Homes. It is indeed wise to invest in any DMCI Homes property. Backed by more than 50 years legacy of DMCI in construction, you will surely get value for your money.

Sa natingnan kong mid-priced condo, maganda ang workmanship ng DMCI. That's the advantage of being the constructor and developer. Compared with other condos in same category, mas pulido ang gawa nila and you get more value for money. Hindi ko lang masyado nataypan ang design nila and most of their locations. Pero and mid-rise community enclaves nila are good.

So overall DMCI is one of the better developers out there.

    hmmm....

mayhap i'll ask my agent to give me a tour of their past projects and i'll check 'em and see if they'll live up to what has been posted.

PS: I'm considering buying a unit at The Amaryllis.

Hi, i'm selling Park West Condo at bonifacio taguig.

Federal Land ang developer, sister company ng metrobank.

almost 40 years na sa industry and they meet the deadlines and contracts.

ang highlight nito may foot bridge going to The Grand Hyatt hotel dahil yung project ay joint venture ng two big companies.

pre-selling pa lang kaya mura.. but already start the ground breaking

usually sa mga DMCI developments is kulang ang number of parking slots sa number of units. so kung may auto ka better have a parking slot first before transferring. nadelay ng 1 year yung lipat ko sa raya dahil lang wala ako parking... sobrang hassle.

another thing is tama yung sabi nila as PMO they wont care much about your issue basta pag delayed ka sa payment mo for dues kukulitin ka pero pag ikaw may reklamo sa facilities di ka nila papansin. for ex nagreklamo ako na ay nagtatapon ng basura sa tapat ng unit ko galing sa taas bumabagsak sa roof sa tapat ng unit ko. 3 weeks ago may bumagsak ng plastic ng basura ngayon nanganak na ng cigarette butts. so you need to be patient sa PMO for lack of concern kasi lagi napapalitan yung mga employees nila. so either di na nahahahandover issues mo or di sila masaya sa work to care for you... and pateience sa neighbors na rin.

it's not care free living din pag gusto mo lagi malinis ang sasakyan mo... nilalagyan nila ng padlock yung gripo sa parking lot. di mo pwede gamitin yung tubig panglinis ng kotse even if you pay 500 a month for the dues iba pa yun sa dues mo sa mismong unit. either you have to spend money for carwash or magigib ka sa unit mo ng tubig baba sa elevator then baba sa parking. heard from my tito this is true rin with other DMCI projects. it's really funny kasi sobrang nainis na ako before na natatawa nalang ako ngayon.

the good thing though is ok naman pag maitain ng common areas pero it's just the small things that makes your life harder. just sharing my experience here HTH

    ^bakit ayaw mo sa tivoli?

DMCI gives you the best value for your money but the location of their projects leave somethings to be desired. SMDC is more expensive but the location is top notch - as well as the pollution coming from EDSA.

So nasasayo na yan kung saan mo gusto bumili at tumira.

b_9904: thanks. tivoli, di kase sha ganun kaaccessible e. compared to flair or light. ok naman talaga projects ng dmci, however, *** light kase fully furnished na, *** flair hinde pa. maganda kase sa dmci di ganun kacrowded. halos magkalapit lang location nila so im really confused kung which one's better.

i know. seen a lot of projects ng dmci. however, fully furnished na *** light and super lapit sa mrt. si flair kase medium density lang plus, okay pa *** ambiance ng project. so im really a bit confused.

I'd go with DMCI over SMDC. Mas maganda ang feedback ng DMCI over SMDC. Daming complaints sa SMDC projects.

  13. #33
My God! This place is filled with DMCI agents who doesn't even bother to answer all of the complaints they're reading here. Masyado naman ata kayong manhid na kahit man lang lame excuse eh wala kayong maibigay...

Oh I get it... It's not your problem right? I almost forgot that your problem is how to make money and not how to satisfy existing customers and clients. Right?

Do I get banned for this? He he he...

you will read first hand info from home owners mismo, like me.

my biggest regret in life---buying a DMCI condo. wag kayo masyado padala sa ahente. it's your hard earned money.

I do agree that one of the most trusted and reputable home developers in the country is DMCI Homes because of several people that keep on supporting and choosing their projects as the place where they can achieve a very satisfying life.

Visit their website www.dmcihomes.com and get more information about their latest projects and the testimonials of people living and experiencing the life with DMCI Homes.

hmm... DMCI being a established household brand name, yes. in fact, i asked my dad before buying a condo from DMCI. kilala na daw matagal sa mga infrastructure projects lalo na govt projects. my dad is a retired engineer. pero sa home development and property management newbie sila. too late, i learned it the hard way. there are as good as govt agencies in terms of customer support.

infrastructure, home development, and property management are 3 different things. one can be good at one but not necessarily in another. besides, all home development projects are sub-contracted and that is where the problems come in. sometimes, results are good, sometimes not so good. so pag structural flaws, turuan na mga tao sa engineering at contractor kung sino gagastos sa problema.

recently, there are boosting their marketing. however, it doesn't equate to good post sales support. again, marketing and post sales support are two different things.

oh, btw, i am a unit owner of Rosewood with recurring water leaks sa unit bedrooms whenever there is prolonged rains. this is the same problem sa lahat ng units na kahilera namin. despite of years of complaints and threats wala din. ngayon tag ulan na naman
