I just started working here and I'm trying out every single route everyday in my first week. I live in Marikina, average 1.5 hours of commute. Hate na hate ko kasi mag-MRT so lahat ng way talaga tinatry ko. So far ang pinakaconvenient sakin is to ride the shuttle from Marikina to Eastwood, then take the Citylink bus to McKinley Hills. Kaya lang sobrang laki ng fare ko. Sana meron nang diretsong shuttle to McKinley.
If you guys have any suggestions on the transportation routes for commuters, post it here so we can contribute to the McKinley people.![]()
IBM Daksh will also moving their entire operations at PBCom to McKinley Hill
The only route is pass through Global City and Mckinley road to EDSA, but this route is not allowed by Global City (Ayala Corp) kasi competition daw sa the Fort Bus. Paano mag compete eh iba ang route ng the Fort Bus at Citylink, the reason is sug@p@l talaga ang Global City, they intend to down the progress of the Mckinley Hill which is faster than Global City
traffic here is also a pain kung rush hour - roads aren't wide enough to accomodate the additional traffic coming to and from MH
So far ayos naman mag-work sa McKinley. Tahimik sya unlike Makati na hustling and bustling. Lagi lang matraffic sa The Fort.![]()
ok din magwork sa McKinley.. yun nga lang.. hassle pag pauwi na.. kasi traffic palabas.. pero generally.. ok naman magwork.. stress free..dami pang magagandang chix..

I definitely agree with this. Roads are just way too narrow. Obviously, the engineers who planned this didn't think about the consequences of having narrow roads.
Either that, or the property developers/owners are probably just way too greedy about sharing a part of their land.
Hindi nila inisip na mas tataas ang value ng land nila kung maganda at accessible yung lugar.
Yan ang napapala ng mga sobrang sakim.
Hi!, I am also from marikina(Nangka). and it's possible that i will be assigned to HP mckinley this coming november and I really want to learn about transpo alternative to MRT dahil sobrang hirap ng way na ito for me (pedicab,FX to MRT cubao, bus from ayala to 5th avenue, jeep to mckinley hill) sobrang nakakapagod. Ask ko *** if saan po *** shuttle na sinasakyan mo from Marikina to Eastwood? and san din po sa eastwood yung sakayan ng citylink bus to mckinley, and also magkano din po total fare mo one way? pasensya na po sa madaming tanong. sana may makasagot. Thanks
and if may iba pa po kayong alam na way from marikina to mckinley please help us na mga taga marikina pa. Thanks!
up *** po. thanks!
You can try getting off at mrt magallanes station, citylink shuttle service has their terminal there (San Lorenzo Place Showroom, right side of MRT Southbound), instead of taking a bus from ayala to 5th avenue then jeep to mckinley. The shuttle already goes inside Mckinley Hill so you don't have to walk from Mckinley entrance to your destination. As for the eastwood to mckinley shuttle, i believe they're only available at a specified time in the morning but i know that mckinley to eastwood shuttle leaves at 6:45 in the evening.
@Deltaboy
Maraming salamat po
@ynrej_01
Maraming salamat din po, dun po sa papuntang mckinley ano po mas mabilis at mas mura yung way ni sir Deltaboy or yung way mo from magallanes? thanks again

Starting November 3, Citylink bus fare will be Php 15.00. They will now be using a new ticketing system called Express Terminal Fee. You will need to buy a booklet covering 10 rides for Php 150.00 (no single ticket seeling). Express Terminal Fee will be sold at Piazza and San Lorenzo Place terminals. FYI...
