Depende talaga sa department yung "toxicity" ng work mo sa HP.

May mga peers ako sa ok naman ang work nila hindi naman puro overtime, may iba naman sa development side stress talaga. Pero inevitable naman yan, kahit saang IT company ipapaovertime ka.The good thing about HP is that kahit na stressed ka they make it a point to compensate you well.

Regarding sa shift, depende yan sa team pero generally pwede mo naman irequest na huwag kang ilagay sa graveyard. They'll most likely respect your request naman kasi graveyard shift may health and safety concerns din yan.

From Ayala Station baba ka po sa Magallanes station, then makikita mo yung San Lorenzo place sa right side pag going to south ka. Punta po kayo dun meron na pong mga shuttle bus and FX na maghahatid sa inyo papunta sa Mckinley Hills. And HP ay nasa Two World Square building.

may christmas shutdown hp, pero dun sa naka shift they are still required to report to the office. Now, some teams allow employees to work from home pero case to case basis yan.

Kung new hire ka, I don't think i schedule ka na agad sa shift rotation since by that time eh training/shadowing period ka pa lang.

How long po ba ang christmas shutdown sa HP? 1 week? or 2 weeks?
Was it like a force leave with pay or without pay?
