Hi everyone. I would like to share my experience with Stream Global.

I was endorsed by Walter, one of the HR people of Uniserve (a recruitment firm in Shaw).

I have precisely dscussed with him my expected salary, I informed him that in my previous job I had 15k for the basic, exclusive of allowances, night diffs etc.

From Uniserve I headed to STREAM Gl. I handed my resume to the receptionist and was asked to log in using one of their computers and wait to be called by the interviewer ( 11am ).

I passed the examinations and got the chance to be interviewd by 4pm. Stream Gl offered a 13k basic for the CSR post plus 3k allowance etc. Now the disappointing part was, they are offering me a practically lower basic salary than my previous salary. Whats the point of indicating this on my CV and dscussing this term with Uniserve when in the end they will just give a rubbish 13k job offer?

I thought maybe I could be patient and give it a try.While I'm on the verge of accepting the offer, the interviewer said that during the training I will be working with a 30k bond. Whaaaaaaat? Meaning, when I live the account regardless of the issue would be, I am opt to pay them 30k. Thats bull* right? I waited for like 5hrs..for this? Not to mention the time that I spent with the HR puppets of Uniserve.

So to those noobs whose planning to apply to Stream, think twice, and when you have decided.. think even more.

do you get the chance ba to ask until when ang bond na yan? kung ilang months? what if hindi mo maipasa yung training? are you obliged to pay pa rin ba? Kakasend ko lang application ko kanina through email e. after reading posts here, nawalan na ako ng gana. Sana hindi na lang sila tumawag.

Enquiry lang. Gusto po kasi ng friend ko na magapply sa stream Global. Kaya lang po worried sya kasi, last job nya dati sa Teletech Cavite, Telstra Email Account (emails plus doing outgoing calls?) ,hindi sya na regularize.
5 months and 25 days yata after signing contract, Tinerminate yung probationary employment nya because of Metrics daw. Yung form daw na finil-up nya ay Resignation form, so parang pinag-resign sya...
Magaling po syang mag-english. Kaya nya American accent. Pero, tumatanggap kaya po ang Stream (or other Call Centers) ng mga hindi naregularize ng ibang Call Center?

Bagsak ata ako kangina. I was phone interviewed yesterday by ms. Jaime then i was endorsed today to Rain at 1130am.arrived there at 1045am.submitted my resume and took a vocabulary written exam.then we were escorted to 6th floor. Some went on phone simulation. The guy that came with me in the elevator was interviewed for about 30mins and was asked tocome back after an hour of lunchbreak. Then i was interviewed by Tim,asked a couple of questions about my resume previous work.told that they handle dish network with upselling even though i was interested for tsr.and finally he told me to take my lunch and go home and he'll just endorse my application to hr head and keep my line open for 24-48 hrs since they will background check me.the other guy that took lunch said he'll be taking iq test.

I recently passed my application in Stream SHAW as TSR (microsoft account) and the recruitment team gave me a pre-employment medical slip which I am currently processing... my question is what comes after i submit to this medical (assuming i am "fit to work")? And can you please give me an idea regarding the benefits, allowances, ND %, and signing bonus.TIA

Wampy here. I'm previously employed here as a TSR MSN Account. Yes it's a Microsoft account. Once given a medical slip, rest assured na pasado ka na unless na lang kung pumalya ka sa drug test haha! Joke! The training for this position consist of two parts. First one is the language training and if you're able to pass it then you'll proceed to the product training. Since you will provide support for MSN, they will expect that you have a lot of knowledge about internet connectivity because MSN is an ISP. Masaya kasi mababait ang mga tao at may XBOX360 at WII sa floor!! Bago mag start ang shift mo pwede ka maglaro haha! Make sure lang na nakatali ng maayos ang sapatos mo kasi I have an experience here while playing wii, my friend did a pretty hard kick and to our suprise it literally sends his shoe to the ceiling. Ayun wasak ang ceiling ahahaha muntik pa tamaan yung sprinkler ahahaha! Another tip is you have a full access to the internet but never use Google as your search engine, use Bing. Bawal ang FB kahit may access ka but you can sync your FB on your MSN account. If you pass the product training kala mo pasado ka na hindi pa! May Streamline pa, in this stage you will handle calls for only 3hours oha ang saya, and you will so this for 2weeks! Yeepee petiks mode! After that wala na gagawin, gusto mo mag WII? Go!! Btw, my previous TM there is TM Jim.Makulit yun haha! MSN is a startup account in Stream they got the account from NCO. We are the very first wave of MSN TSR. Hindi ko lang gusto dun is yung tool na ginagamit nakakalito gamitin and its not updated yun tuloy most of my calls was freestyle mode pag magtroubleshoot. AHT is 15mins but mine is 45mins, ang hirap kaya magtroubleshoot lalo na pag matatanda yung customer. Goodluck amd Congrats!

sadyang makapal lang talaga mga mukha ng mga tm sa nonvoice. lakas ng loob ninyo na magbigay ng mga site form sa mga ahente at pagkaisahan sa tulong ng dating stm. eh anu naman napala ninyo ngayon bumalik sainyo yung karma. dapat sainyo matanggal na sa trabaho hindi kayo nahiya sa asal ninyo.lalo na yung bagong tm na ubod ng kapal ang mukha bobo naman at alam ng mga tao kalandian mo.

tignan natin kung ano gagawin ng bagong stm sa nonvoice dahil mga malapit na kaibigan niya mga tm at alam natin na gagawan niya ng paraan para iligtas mga bulok na tm sa nonvoice kahit alam niya na puro reklamo na mga ahente sa tm nila.kapag ahente bilis ninyo magterminate pero pg tm bakit hindi materminate kapag terminable offense na ginawa. dapat malaman na ng SD mga kalokohan ninyo.
