Naku I didn't grab their offer kasi I decided to wait for CSS to call me for their L2 post, 1 week lang naman ang waiting time.

sa cognizant ang offer sakin 27k basic + 2k allowance so 29k ang total salary ng L1..
pero s mga kasabayan ko dun, 25k +2k *** ang offer s knila depende kasi yan sa length of experience and sa current salary mo.
I dont know sa L2 kung mgkano sahod..

galing mo naman sbcpakers. anong examples ng mga tech questions nya?

I respect all the comments posted here may it be good or bad for the company. But just my 2 cents. I've been with most of the CC companies herein Metro Manila and met other agents I've worked with before and met new ones too. I' heard the same comments and reasons why they left their previous company. And yet they end up working for a Call Center again when most of the company have almost the same policy. They say they are looking for a good company in terms of this and that. Truth is there is no good or perfect company. All company policy are set to protect their interest and investment. We are the one who went to the company and applied for a job for the reason that we need an income to support our family and whatever reason you have, and it's not the company who begged us to apply to them. and what do you we do once we get hired. We asked for a lot of benefits, ameneties ( Xbox, Wii, Free Vending Machines, Quarters, etc ) when we have yet to proved ourselves worthy of what we are asking for. For those who have tried to apply and failed, i understand how it feels to be turned down. (masama loob mo kasi tinurn down ka at hindi ikaw ang nag reject sa offer dahil naliitan ka sa offer ) because i've been denied with my other application to many times. Yes you're maybe qualified in terms of technical and communication skills, but how about the attitude?. And for some who said something about the Indians in Cognizant, maybe you have seen Indians, the one who's doing 5/6 in your neighborhood or in some movie. But they are much better than what you think they are. It's good thing that Cognizant decided to put up a Company herein Manila, they provided jobs for us. Before you move to a new company, Ask yourself this, Is it really the company or Is it just me?Cognizant is just a new and fresh Company here in Manila, my fear is when Cognizant grows if Cognizant will grow. it will hire more Filipino employee..baka masira yung culture ng Cognizant na napaka diverse na hindi ko naramdaman sa mga kompanyang pinanggalingan ko..baka maimpluwensyahan ng palakasan ng iba na galing sa kung saan saang kompanya at magkaron ng politika at sipsipan para lang umangat ng puwesto. ang dami kong sinabi noh? just my 2 cents lang naman..
